Room was good! Just that the door for one of the bedrooms will not stay closed. The main door did not work, we will enter the code and it didn’t work, we had to enter through the side door. The hotel needs a lot maintenance, the pool and jacuzzi were very dirty among other things.

Excellent stay at Tessoro. Luxurious and spacious unit in a secured building, well appointed with essentials and amenities. Building staff is friendly and helpful. Secluded at the end of Los Conchas for a serene getaway without the crowds and vendors of Sandy Beach.

Wonderful stay

This location exceeded our expectations. Great communication from host and the maintenance and security team were so nice and helpful. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for 3 couples. Planning on a return trip already!

My family loved this property and Las Conchas in general. The beach was gorgeous, uncrowded, and perfect for wading, exploring the tide pools, and swimming, especially for kids. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed having Dante's bar right there for food and drinks! My son caught fish right from the beach that Dante cooked up into fish tacos!As others have mentioned, it is a 15ish minute drive into town, but that was just fine for us... no vendors, no crowds, just peaceful beach, spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and views for days. The property itself was very nice. A few things could use updating (bar stools, sheets) but overall it worked very well for our family of two parents, three kids (8/8/11), a grandpa and a dog! Love that it is pet friendly!We can't wait to come back to RP/PP and plan to stay here again when we do!

Beautiful Condo

Lovely condo with comfortable beds. Great communication with the host throughout our stay. On site management also very responsive to needs.

The condo felt luxurious and spacious, with all the amentities you might find at a hotel. We were right on the beach which was a short walk away. The kids loved being so close to the water as well as the pool. Would definitely return.

A short stay in paradise

Overall had a wonderful experience! The beach at this property is exactly what we were looking for and the condo is perfect! Also the owner is super fast with communication and is very accommodating! We would def go back!

If you want a relaxing quiet vacation stay… this is it! Coffee, then a Blood Mary with breakfast on the deck - overlooking the Sea of Cortez! Everything you need is here, you can’t go wrong! Town is just a short drive away if you don’t want to cook there. The pool is perfect. The beach area and atmosphere is quite different than Sandy Beach area -but it is fantastic! Tessoro #403 is the place to be and the owners will work with you on anything! Make your reservation now!

Escape to the estuary

We normally stay in the Sandy Beach resorts but wanted to try something different and also bring our dogs. What a great location at the end of Las Conchas! Development is starting to show its age but makes up for it in the peaceful seclusion and having the majority of the beach to yourself. Several times morning & evening we were the only ones on the beach for as far as you could see

Tranquil place- great stay

This property is the best stocked places we’ve booked while renting in Rocky Pointe for the past 30 years. It has everything you need for the kitchen and overall is so comfortable. The beds were great, the host was so chill and the check in was super easy. It was our first time at this particular location El Tesoro - as we have a new member of the family that is not allowed at other locations- a little doggie:) We recommend this condo to everyone- you will not be disappointed:) we hope to be back again!

Great place to relax!

We had a great stay at this location. It’s away from all the downtown area at the end of las conchas. The beach was clean and mostly private as only resort guests are in this area. We were able to check in early and the condo was clean and ready for us. Everything was as pictured and our host was easy to communicate with. There are beach chairs included, overall nice spot.if you are looking for nightlife and bars to go to, this is not the place for you unless you don’t mind driving. Malecón is about 25 min drive.

Tessoro stay

Condo was great had all we needed. The staff were awesome very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful lots to explore. On the weekend there were many razors not just in estuary but on the beach in front it was loud and they were running very fast. The condo was quiet but if you were outside it was loud. During the week it was perfect! I will go again. There is a little restaurant Dukes at the begining of LosConchas their food was good and very inexpensive. They did takeout that was convenient !

Owner and Condo Were Wonderful

The Owner was amazing and responsive and accomodating. Property grounds needs better care and management. Lots of deferred maintenance on the property grounds. Condo is absolutely beautiful and comfortable and the views from the balconies from all 3 rooms were phenomenal. Beach was clean and stunning. 20 minutes from town so take what you need.
