Our unit has king bed, private full bath, small refrigerator, 55 inch smart TV, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes/utilities & bistro table/chairs for enjoying your favorite beverage & snacks while watching the beautiful emerald green gulf. We do furnish towels you need to bring your own beach towels. Also, have private balcony (table & chairs) which overlooks the awesome emerald green gulf. This unit does not have washer/dryer. or stove. The building has coin operated W/D on the lobby floor for your use.

Cute, cozy, clean little place to lay our heads. Plenty of storage. Beautiful view. Not suitable for more than 2 adults. Perfect for a mother daughter get-a-way. Would definitely stay again.

This room was more than perfect for me and my husband! From booking to checkout, this whole experience was absolutely fabulous! Our host, Cindy, was super helpful, very friendly & accommodating, and quick to respond with answers to any questions. The location, the gorgeous beach, and the room was fantastic! We even tried the restaurant downstairs, which was soooo delicious!! 10/10 in every aspect! The stunning view was to die for. We will definitely book this room again. Room includes coffee maker, coffee cups, silverware, mini fridge, and microwave. This was just so perfect for two people!

We had such a great time the place was perfect and clean. Easy access to the beach. And the restaurant at the hotel was delicious! So we didn’t even have to go out much.

Such a beautiful condo! The view is breathtaking with a great location. The owner was great and checked on us periodically to see if everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd stay

This was the 2nd time we've stayed here. It's conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and beach access and the view from the balcony is great! we will definitely be repeat customers again! Cindy is great to work with!

this was just enough space for me and my hubby for a 5 day stay. close to all the shops and restaurants and couldn't ask for a better view ! we will definitely stay again ! cindy was so nice to deal with also ! 5 stars all around !

Perfect getaway for our anniversary!

We love surfside! We decided to celebrate our 11th anniversary at this condo that was perfect for the two of us in everyway! Great location and great amenities. We especially love the beach bar across the street that is almost always full of locals. We've gotten some of the best recommendations for places to each from the locals there. We will be back soon!

The View Alone is Worth the Trip!

My wife and I needed a place to stay while attending a wedding and was lucky to find this amazing room. The view was great. Sitting out on the balcony eating breakfast each morning was beautiful. The room was exactly what we needed. Thanks for allowing us to make it our home away from home this weekend!

LOVED OUR VISIT! My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary. The host Cindy was very communicative, and kept me informed of everything from beginning to end. We adored the patio, which gave beautiful views of the ocean. My husband and I spent time on there every night. The room was a bit small, but that was not a deal breaker for us, as it was clean and equipped with a fridge, microwave, etc. The beach service was awesome, as we did not have to worry about the hassle of hauling equipment. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, and will definitely be back if provided the opportunity.

Love the location!

Great, the glass by the sink as you enter was dirty but we bring our on. Some of the spoons were dirty and the toaster was rusty or dirty but our stay was great. The air conditioner was not cooling and Cindy called me immediately after I left message. With everything else going so well the items above are minor. I thought you would want to know. 🌊🏖❤️

Million Dollar VIew!

I really wish I could give this place 1 star so I could keep it to myself. The property is great with a terrific restaurant with great food where you can also order from the pool bar and take the food upstairs. It has 2 hot tubs a pool and a walkway over the road to the beach. The pictures don't do the view justice. The only negative I would say (which doesn't really matter which is why I'm still giving it 5 stars) is that the property is a little dated, that's all. The 11th floor is right across from the top floor of the Majestic Sun and we had a blast. Cindy was so responsive and helpful, it made the trip that much better.

Great unit and host

The unit was great, clean, and exactly as advertised. The property: There were great views of the beach, the AC worked great even with the curtains open with the afternoon sun. The unit had more kitchen supplies than expected considering the lack of a stove, definitely enough to get you by. The pool and hot tubs were well maintained and clean, and there is very easy access to the beach via the skybridge over the road, which would be great during peak season to avoid crossing the road with heavy traffic. The parking garage is well lit and easy to get to from the building, and the property was easy to get in and out of, though YMMV during peak times of year. The people: Cindy was great, and went above and beyond to make sure I didn't run into any issues while I was there. The rest of the staff in the building that I interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful as well.

The unit was great and the view is amazing! The unit was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The building itself could use some updating and they need to fix the ice machine. Your communication was great and the location of the property is a great spot on the beach and the chairs and umbrella included is a definite perk!
