Stay in the heart of Downtown Champaign in the historic Inman! Built in 1915, the Inman has a storied history including visits from Eleanor Roosevelt, Al Capone, and the Nat King Cole.

Steps away from nightlife, the University of Illinois campus, and the Illinois Terminal, The Inman is the perfect home base for your Champaign visit.

Amenities include free wi-fi, access to laundry on the floor, and a smart TV.

We are a property management company. Our staff is completely available during office hours and always willing to help outside of them when necessary.

Overall, we did like staying at the property The check in and check out processes were easy and explanations are very clear. The coffee amenities were nice. Lots of things within walking distance. If the bed was better, this would be a five star review.

Cute and pet friendly

This apartment was everything. It was giving single girl in the city vibes, as I sat at the kitchen table, looking out the window, drinking my morning coffee. The decore of the building and apartment was so cute. The kitchenette comes with microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker and coffee pods with cream and sugar, and everything else you’d might need. They even had little tide pods in case you needed to do laundry. The bathroom also included shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap. They also included complimentary makeup remover wipes. The bedroom had a comfy bed with a mattress on the firmer side. They also included earplugs because you can hear the sounds of the city, including loud cars and folks leaving one of the many restaurants or bars in the area. The living room was comfy and cozy, and the tv is a Roku tv so you can log into your apps. The location was great, a lot to do within walking distance. They provide you with easy and convenient parking across the street. Check-in was a breeze. I had originally booked this room as I was bringing my pup to the university for a procedure and I needed a pet friendly option, however my pup ended up staying at the hospital for my entire stay, but I’m sure he would’ve found it comfortable as well. If I’m ever in town again, I will definitely rebook here.

Easy, fun, and clean!

Was exactly as described. Very easy to check in. There were great restraunts and lots of fun events going on around. The only downside was there were fairly bright street lights outside our window.

Location and comfort A+

If you like urban locations and historic buildings that don’t feel old, then this is a great place to stay. I was in town for a meeting and I didn’t want to stay at a traditional hotel. This hotel/apartment complex is fun and comfortable. Very close to a lot of amenities too. Off street parking and secure doors. I felt very safe. I would stay here again.

Empty Nester

We stayed here when we came to drop off our son to UIUC. The location is great as there are many cool restaurants and bars within walking distance. A HUGE plus for us was that it is only 5 min drive to UIUC. Would definitely stay here again. The host was nice to bring us parking pass as it was missing as instructed in the check in. We decided to park in one of the metered spot but learned that late at night all the metered parking is a tow zone so you have to have a parking pass and the host drove the pass to us at 12:45 am. We were very grateful.

Stay at Inman Studio

Great location, free parking, and helpful staff and service for check-in and we were able to bring our pet dog! Only downside here was that there's not really a kitchenette for use: there's a sink, a minifridge, and toaster oven. However, it wasn't what I was looking for to manage a longer term stay so we ended up eating out a lot instead. Liked the Inman but was more comparable to a hotel stay instead of a long-term rental.
