Our home is Located in the little town of Excelsior Springs Mo. Walk the streets of downtown Excelsior Springs and enjoy eating and shopping in the family owned businesses. We also are a few minutes from The Elms Hotel and Spa. We also have Walking trails close by at the beautiful State Park Of Watkins Mill. We are 45 minutes NE of Kansas City, Mo.

Great home, amazing time!!!

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clearly labeled, the rooms were nice and clean and the house had a really nice layout.

Great place to stay

Great host, super clean n comfy place. Took a sister trip weekend and this house was very nice. We had so much fun in the little town shopping n eating, and loved the little house. Nice mattresses, very cozy, will definitely stay at this little gem again and have told all our family and friends.

Great location and cozy home!

My husband and our dogs loved our weekend stay in this cozy home. It was the perfect size for us, but can definitely accommodate more. The house IRL is exactly how it's listed and the location was perfect for walking to the main street area and shops/restaurants.

Awesome Stay!!

We stayed at this Vrbo to have a quiet location for a small (3 people) work retreat. The owner was easy to work with, let us check in early and out late. The home was VERY clean, comfortable and lots of extras (decorated for fall, some food, coffee, etc. Would stay again hands down!!!

We really loved this place. It was easy to get to, and just the right size. The kitchen is fully stocked and nicely labeled.

Perfect place!

This was such an amazing stay! House was very clean and cozy! Sara was very quick to respond with any questions I had! Four of us stayed very comfortable in her VRBO!

Quiet and Comfortable Home

Comfortably housed 7 of us for a couple nights in the area. The place was very quiet, and the AC was a blessing as we were in town during a heat wave. All necessary amenities were provided, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Perfect!

This cozy home was ideal for our week long stay. Its location was convenient to the quietness of a small town and the business of a big city, whichever you chose to do. Highly recommend for any age!

Girls Weekend of Fun!

Myself and three of my sister-in-laws had a great time in Excelsior Springs. This Benton Ave VRBO had everything we needed and more. What a great space to have conversations and play some table games. Every room is so comfortable and well decorated. Our host provided a great list of things to do, restaurants, and wineries in the area. Thanks to our host, who provided us with additional fun options to consider when we had a planned event cancelled. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to stay in. I think on our next trip I will bring along a breakfast casserole to bake since there are limited Sunday restaurant options. Excelsior Springs has so many great shops on Broadway and on Thompson to visit on Saturday. Include the Hall of Waters too! We hit the Wineries on Sunday. We were very impressed with Shamrock Winery.

Beautiful and convenient house

This house was perfect and im the mosr perfect location. We were able to walk to the downtown area along the road with a sidewalk all the way. There were alot of trails amd areas to explore along the way. The host was prompt with return messages and was very detailed which made the check in and check out easy. We're already planning a return trip and hope to stay here again.
