Clean and tidy. Very basic accommodations. Not close to duke really. Super thin walls to next door unit- heard all the steps and loud voices of neighbors. Didn’t spend a lot of time though. Gave us a good place to sleep which was all we needed pretty much.

Very nice place. The property was clean and was as advertised except that the 2 chairs and small couch are dated and need to be replaced. Other than that, it was a nice place to stay.

Stay in Durham

The place was nice, clean, and close to everything we needed. The pictures in the listing were for Unit B and we were given Unit A. Also, the listing states that there are queen beds but the are actually full.

Not being familiar with Durham quite honestly I was concerned about the safety of the neighborhood where this property was located. But was happy to say I was very safe and the neighborhood was so cute and is currently being upgraded on a regular basis. In fact, I accidentally left the keys to my rental car in the car overnight and was pleased to see the car was still there in the morning lol. Everything was great. The house was super clean. The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely go back again.

Clean and Safe

Our family was very pleased with our experience. As advertised, the property was modern and very clean. We appreciated the simple decor, while having everything we needed. The beds were comfy and cozy. Wifi worked well, and plenty of apps available on the Roku TV. Easy walk to East Campus (or to SkyZone). Nice neighbors and neighborhood. Thank you for the great stay!

1 Month at Renovated 2 Bed Walltown Home B

My wife, 1 year old son, and I just finished staying here for the past 4 weeks, and we had a great experience. The space is great. Everything felt very clean. There was a great variety of utensils (including a few measuring cups and teaspoons), plates, bowls, pots and pans. We cooked most meals at home. The washer and dryer were excellent. We felt very comfortable the whole time we were there. The parking in the back of the house is nice. There wasn't much noise at all even when there were neighbors. The neighborhood felt generally safe and is close to many nice areas for walking/running. The grocery store and restaurants are not too far and can be walked to. If working at the hospital, the drive is very easy, and can be walked/run to as well.
