Feel at home in this stylish cozy Villa. Sip something cold on the front porch or enjoy an evening in the screened porch. Find all the comforts of home and enjoy Durham's eclectic nightlife less then 5 min drive. Comfortable beds with inviting linens. Outside patio with seating for 4 people. Home has loft for additional living space.
The space
The loft holds a chair that converts to a single bed and has additional space for a blow up double mattress. Master on main floor has Queen bed and Bedroom 2, has one double bed and one single bed. Third bedroom has one Queen bed. Small office tucked away in the corner.

Perfect for our stay

This was a great spot for our family to stay while we were in town for a wedding. It was convenient and easy to get around, and we enjoyed the property. Good communication with the host. Thank you Theresa!

Adorable Home ! LOve LOve

Hello ~ we had a great stay and absolutely Love the house, it had everything and was perfect for our stay. Our son is at Duke and we came in to see him, it was only my husband and I and our 22 year old daughter. It was not as close to campus as it looked on the map, although only a 10 minute drive, we had Ubers canceling trips on the way home, 10 pm on the night of the game, we finally got someone to pick us up and he said they are careful in the area for dropping off for late night rides. While the home is awesome and we will be back, It was frustrating to get a ride back

Ideal home for weekend stay in Durham

We visited Durham for a summer program at duke. The location was perfect for downtown and to get to yummy Foster’s restaurant. We enjoyed the setup with 2 bedrooms upstairs and primary on main level.

Summer road trip

Villa Rojo had everything we needed. Great access to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was comfortable and clean.

Cozy home

We were in town for a wedding. The house was perfect with plenty of space for us. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious . Lots of nice updates and decor. Neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again.

Great house!

The location was not in a wonderful neighborhood but was close to what we needed. The house itself was excellent. I would stay here again if only it were in a different neighborhood. Overall very nice

Wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our US Open trip. Every detail in this home was appealing. So clean and exactly as stated. Also beautifully furnished! Communication with Host was instant answered at all times. Thank you so much!!

Lovely, quiet, well-appointed home near downtown Durham

Everything about the stay went well. The check-in was easy. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location worked well for the wedding events taking place nearby in Durham.

Perfect for our trip!

Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!

We had a great experience staying in this lovely home. Very clean and cozy (fire place!) and we loved like extras like coffee and snacks. It was easy to get around from this location (we used Lyft and walked).

Convenient location, nice house

Clean and tidy house with all of the amenities that we needed for our 3-night stay. Located near DPAC, downtown restaurants, The Cotton Room, and other attractions. The owner was quick to respond to any request.

Thanksgiving celebration

We came to Durham for Thanksgiving weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Roja. VERY nicely appointed. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend, to include a GIANT Jenga.
