Beautiful Property / Perfect Location

Perfect location with ocean view, the apartment had everything we needed. We fell in love with St Maarten. And we will go back to the property for sure. There are thre restaurants on the beach and a bakery down the street.

Fourteen at mullet bay

Loved our stay! Location is convenient, staff is friendly and the room and view was sooo gorgeous! When I come back I am definitely staying here!! They even decorated the room for my birthday. So appreciative of everyone! Not a thing!

Getting Tired

Outstanding location. We rented 5 condos for a family reunion and everyone had a great time. Now that the complex is several years old and heavily booked, it's starting to show wear and tear. Because each unit is individually owned, the decor and comfort varies greatly, and some owners have not allowed management to repair items in a timely manner.

Excellent location, property, & service

We enjoyed our stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay. The location is amazing! Loved walking over to the Mullet Bay Beach area as well as the little market nearby. We had so many conveniences within walking distance. The beach there is so beautiful! The staff at the property were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was an amazing experience.
