Overall this property was good. The Condo was cleaned, the rooms and balcony were spacious which made it an awesome place for large family/group. I really liked the layout of the bedrooms that allowed so much privacy, and each bedroom with its own bathroom was awesome. The Rep (Dianna) who checked us in was very nice and she answered all of our questions to make the process easy and smooth. The location of this Condo is excellent; it’s in a very nice quiet neighborhood while being so close to all actions at Maho and Simpson Bay. I would have given Five Stars if it wasn’t for some minor issues with the sliding doors at the property. The property manager (Shaquille) responded in a timely manner to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Cleaning was also provided and Marie did a wonderful job every time she cleaned the apartment. My family and I would gladly stay there again when we visit St. Maarten in the future.

Perfect!

Everything about this place was perfect! We loved how specious and clean it was. My whole family enjoyed the location and everything that it had to offer. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Back Home Again...

When residing in SXM, we lived in Porto Cupecoy and so we were used to the amenities and the upgrades of the rental. It lived up to the pictures. My family and my twin sisters family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful residence! Would highly recommend. The only downside was housekeeper was only able to come once during our stay but definitely not a deal breaker.

We enjoyed the condo overall. The property was beautiful, spacious, and worked well for our girls trip. We loved the layout, and each bedroom having its own spacious bathroom was a huge plus. The balcony was perfect, with plenty of space and seating, and the location was great—close to Maho Beach, the airport, and plenty of restaurants. We also appreciated being in a quiet, gated community with a convenience store right on the property.Management was responsive when we reached out during our stay. However, there were a few concerns that kept me from giving an Excellent rating. Upon arrival, we had some housekeeping and cleanliness issues. One of the beds had stains on the headboard and frame and an eyelash was found on it, which made us question whether it had been properly serviced. We contacted management, but unfortunately, the soonest housekeeping could return was the following morning. Some of the towels and washcloths were also stained and very worn and should have been replaced. The kitchen sink also had not been drained and cleaned.We were initially supposed to have a cleaning during our stay, but that never happened. The elevator also stopped between floors several times, which was concerning, and we saw a bug in the kitchen on our final day.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and there was a lot to love about the property. With more attention to housekeeping, linens, and maintenance, this could easily be an excellent stay.

Wonderful

Condo was beautiful, close to many activities and beaches. Cleaned several times throughout out stay. Great communication with listing agent! Highly recommend!

The oversize balcony has a great view of the marina and waterfront restaurants, we spent all of our lounging time there. Remax Island Properties was terrific to work with and made the rental process very easy. We even had ssomeone meet us at the airport and guide us to the property. They provided a cell phone for our use, which was a nice touch. Porto Cupecoy provided a lot of amenities that we used and enjoyed; a beautiful pool, restaurants and shops. We are very happy that we chose this property for our stay in St. Martin.
