You will be close to many sports and tourist attractions of the Charlevoix region.

- The cottage has only 1 security camera outside at the front door.
- The camera does not record during the tenants stay. Privacy is respected.
- It is restricted to park cars on the road at all time. Especially during winter for snow removal.
- Dogs only and an additional fee of $75 will be charged.
- At all times, you must respect the number of people present at the cottage according to the pre-established number when reservations were made. No additional visitors during your stay. The cottage is designed for a maximum amount of people, exceeding that number could cause an overload on skeptical and broken utilities.
