We apologize for the initial difficulty with the door code and internet access, particularly the delay caused by the router being located in a locked owner’s closet. We also take reports of pest activity very seriously. While coastal South Carolina does experience occasional palmetto bugs, the level of activity described is certainly not something we consider acceptable. Since your stay, the property has been professionally treated for the reported pest concerns. We’re also sorry you felt your concerns went unanswered. Guest reports such as these are important to us, and we regret that the situation impacted your comfort to the point that you chose to depart early. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and apologize that your experience was not representative of the stay we strive to provide.
