This was the worst rental we have ever stayed at! We will never book a property through unwind vacations again. It was like dealing with a third party. They would not give us our door code until an hour before check-in. We have always gotten our door code at least a week to 48hrs before hand, Then the door lock broke 2 days into our stay. There was dust piles under all furniture and all of the living room furniture needs to be replaced. The master bath toilet sounded like a bomb going off every it was flushed. It was a nightmare!!!! Do not waste your time or money on this condo!!!!

Nice, cozy, comfortable condo with a good view. Spacious enough for 6-8 people. Pet friendly which was great so we did not have to leave our mini golden-doodle at the vet. Minutes from restaurants and shopping as well as golf! Enjoyed the stay!

Summer stay

Really like the area.Close to beach, shopping and golf.We were offered an extra day that we took advantage of. When are access code expired they fixed the problem within 5 minutes on Sunday. Very happy with our stay.

When we first got there, the air conditioner was not working. It took until the next day for that to get fixed. I do understand this issue because it was a Saturday evening after five, but it was not repaired till late on Sunday evening. The other issue was the washing machine would not spin out. A repair person came out the next day, but the machine still made a horrible sound whenever it would spin out. The floor and the kitchen was dirty and left floor in feet black. We had to wear our shoes in the house to keep our feet from getting dirty. We also found trash under the couch from the previous occupants. The apartment itself was very nice and comfortable. The only concern we did have was the skillets that were left for us to cook and had black food residue burned on, and we had to go out and buy our own skillets to cook.

Overall clean unit and nice quiet area that allowed for my dog. Would be a 5 star if furniture wasn’t so worn and all bedrooms had nightstands for guest. Plus coffee and sugar were not available for the Keurig machine.

Where to begin...I did not like the check in process, its a third party and they gave us conflicting information. I gave it a lower rating because of the lack of maintenance, property upkeep, and cleanliness. The living room furniture desperatelyneeded to be replaced, and mis-matched. It had a sticky, oily film and appears had not been cleaned in a long tim, if ever. We put multiple sheets over the furniture so we could sit on it. There were several issue upon our arrival, which we could not believe had never been addressed because they could not have just happened. Before we even could check in a neighbor told us the air unit outside was frozen over and had been running wide open for 3 days, ever since the last renter had left. We didn't get settled until close to midnight and we arrived at 1:30pm. After a 6 hour drive, needless to say we were not in a good mood. On the bright side, the Unwind property manager did work with us to get the issues resolved as quickly as he could. As for cleanliness, we did a lot of cleaning the next day. There was a lot of dust and dog hair under and behind furniture, and our socks were black from walking on the dirty floors for a short time. We had to wear shoes or flip flops the entire time. The unit was probably cleaner when we left than when we got there. After all the issues we had, I didn't want to call the office yet again. Otherwise, we enjoyed our family time together, and the people we met at the pool were great.
