The property was very clean. It has a lot of space, modern appliances, a great view and a very inviting deck. The downstairs game room and theater were a lot of fun. A high end cabin, for sure.

Burning Tree Lane provided a lovely view of the mountains and a great escape. It is perfectly situated between Townsend and Pigeon Forge, offering each visitor easy access to whatever they are interested in (close to both Dollywood and Cades Cove)! The cabin is spacious and great for families or large groups. We did have some concerns about the cleanliness and other issues, which we addressed with them.

The cabin was much bigger than we thought, and was absolutely perfect for our family. It was so private and the view was beautiful. The kitchen table was perfect for family dinners as well as playing card games. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. We spent a lot of time on the shuffleboard downstairs, as well as watching football in the movie room. The host was very easy to get a hold of for the minor issues that arose.Overall, the cabin was very clean. Our only complaint is that the floors were dirty upon arrival as our feet/socks got filthy from walking on it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home, well maintained and a perfect place for a family vacation. We had a group of 7 people, 5 adult's and 2 children. There was a place for all. Wrap around porches to watch the Sun rise up and the sunset. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I Would use the Management Company again

Amazing home near Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Whole family stayed, plenty of room, no sacrifices needed. Kids and adults loved the theater room winding down after a day in the park. Quiet, peaceful location!

Communication with the property manager was very timely. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was clean and beautiful. The game room and theater room were a big hit with the kids.

This cabin was fabulous! It was very spacious and truly accommodated 12 people. It was located in a wonderful area and we even saw a bear right down the road from the cabin.

Our group enjoyed the cabin. It was secluded and quiet and had easy access via a safe road while being at the top of a mountain with great views. The location provided great access to the Townsend entrance to the National Park including Cades Cove, Spruce Flats Falls and the under appreciated Middle Prong Trail, while being only 20 minutes away from Pigeon Forge attractions.The cabin is very nice overall and very spacious including a large basement level with a great media room and gaming options that our group enjoyed. The kitchen was large and we had all things needed for any meals we did in the cabin (mainly breakfast).Our host contact Stacy was very responsive and helpful, immediately responding to any questions or requests made during our stay.

Burning Tree 4172 is beauiful!! We had 8 adults and 1 six year old in our group and it was the perfect cabin. We all loved the game room and theater room.
