Property was great! The incline to the place was a little steep for those of us from flatter parts of the country but the view more than made up for it :) very comfortable for our multigenerational family stay! Thank you!

I would recommend this house to anyone going to the smoky mountains. We had 5 adults and 2 kids stay here and had plenty of space. We appreciated the kids toys and pack n play available at the property. Most of all, the decks and view were fantastic. It was foggy in the morning but the view did not disappoint- exactly as pictured. One thing to note - the road to the house and driveway are quite steep! Due to a flight delay we arrived at night and were surprised that our rental minivan had a little trouble pulling in. It ended up being no problem, just something to be ready for!Overall, this place was clean, reasonably priced, had a great view, and was in a good location. Would recommend!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sky Haven. The house was amazing, the views from the decks were beautiful, and we had everything we needed for a really nice stay with our family of varying ages. We even had a black bear that would visit the deck from time to time. Our 2 and 1 year old got a big thrill watching him through the windows and still have not stopped talking about him. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us.

We loved staying here. We watched deer, bears, and turkey all from the back deck! Hosts were very helpful and the cabin was beautiful.

Stayed for two evenings. The view was as advertised, having a cup of coffee on the deck was great. Traveling with other adults so the ability to each have our own space was appreciated. Host had some little extra touches that added to the stay. Highly recommend.

Literally the best stay we’ve had in Townsend and we’ve come every December for nearly 11 years! The home has all great reviews for all the reasons! It was perfect and well me back next year!

The views were spectacular and with the cool weather, we loved using the gas fireplace in the mornings and evenings. The cabin was so cozy and there is plenty of space to be alone and read or with family!

The house is beautiful. Very clean and we had everything we needed. The views are spectacular and breathtaking. My friends and us came up for the three day BlackBerry Smoke concert and had a great time. When we needed something the response was quick and accommodating. Checking and out was easy. Our only issue that we had which is in no way your issue was getting tides from Uber and Lift. If you are going into Maryville or Townsend it can be challenging. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Well it was a "great stay" for some super-great guests! We're so glad you enjoyed those 13+ mile views of the Smoky Mountains. As for the "cleanliness" -- what can we say? We have the best cleaning team in the smokies! Nobody takes pride in giving our guests a clean, refreshing experience like Talena and her team. Please don't stay away too long!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the outdoor decks and curated entertainment items/toys! We also appreciated how clean the property was upon arrival. The welcome booklet was so helpful, and we could tell the owners put time into making sure guests were comfortable and had everything they needed for their stay.

The cabin was great with a beautiful view looking out on the mountains. We usually stay in Townsend and will definitely book this place again. Very comfortable and well equipped.Our host was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed for check-in, our stay and check out. A really nice extra touch was listing local places to eat and visit.

Great cabin

Perfect place to enjoy the smokies and Townsend. Loved the attention to detail, and family oriented books and entertainment. The view really is amazing.

We're probably a bit different from other hosts because Sky Haven isn't a "rental property" for us.
