Just a darling little room for one or two people in a very convenient spot. Easy to get to anything around Omaha or Council Bluffs!

I stayed here 6 nights for my son’s baseball tournament and it was the perfect accommodation for my needs. Kate was easy to get ahold of if I needed anything like extra towels. I also loved staying somewhere with so much preserved history!

Beautiful place to stay, historic area with walking tours around and museums in the area. The carriage house was adorable and nicely done. The stairs are steep so best for people who are fully ambulatory. But well worth it for the convenience and comfort I enjoyed. I actually saw both rabbits and deer while walking my dog.

Fun and quaint place to stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was cool staying in a place that was built in 1908! It was also private which was very nice. Nice neighborhood with other Victorian houses to see as well. Would stay again!

Unit was very cute. This is an old building, so expect some interesting things. The steps up to the unit are pretty steep and twisty. If you have an issue with steps be aware of that. The location above the garage is very quiet, so that was nice. The main room has a good size table you can work at, eat at, etc. The two beds in the main room are not large but both the main bed and the trundle bed had very comfy mattresses.The kitchen had a decent size frig, good size sink and a microwave and big toaster oven, and a coffee maker.The bathroom was quite small, but it was a full bath - no tub, shower only.The unit was very clean; A/C worked great; plenty of bedding; never met the host but she was very responsiveThe steps and the bathroom size were the only drawbacks, but this is a hundred year old building, so that's how things were built then, and that's part of the fun!!

Very quaint!

A nice stay for two! Very quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from the Dodge Museum and local cafes. Would recommend!

Quaint and quiet

This was a very cozy and comfortable stay in a unique, historical section of Council Bluffs. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this property! I stayed here for one night as a part of my cross country road trip. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a great night’s sleep. Council Bluffs is a very beautiful town. If I’m ever in the area again I would stay here again!

Family Reunion

Property was great and all we needed for our stay. Neighborhood was convenient location, walking distance to downtown CB, UP Railroad museum, Dodge historical home. Location was about 5-10 mins to points of intereat.

Great place

Love this loft. I too live in a historic type home and this little cottage is just perfect. The only thing I didn’t bring was soap and there was none in the shower so that would have made it even better! The stairs are steep but they add to the charm. Very clean and bed was super comfy!

The stairs are twisty narrow small. Not for the bigger than average size person to maneuver…as is the bathroom. Neighbors were loud. Revving engines & loud noises. There was a large metal storage container blocking the view of the entrance. I walked around it, w/caution, and saw the entrance.The place needed a much deeper cleaning. There was something in the kitchen sink strainer, when I put the toilet seat lid down you could see that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly, and the towels had stains on them.
