Place was very nice and clean and quiet. Had everything you need. Close to town and many things to do in the area. The host was very prompt when I messaged them, I would definitely recommend their place in the future

Communication was easy. The place was just as described and worked great for our family of 5. The upstairs neighbors were a bit loud but there’s not much we could do about that.

The unit was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. I let them know but got only a weak apology. I really expected more for 218/night. The unit had sparce uncomfortable furnishings. The dishes felt greasy. We had booked an evening at the start of our trip and one on our way home. There was a mixup on the second night and we were unable to gain access to the unit. We ended up getting a hotel room for the night. Nick was traveling and there were issues with the time difference, but I feel he should of had someone locally to help while he was out of pocket. I've been using short-term rentals for years and can unequivocally say this unit is not a value.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify an important issue regarding this reservation, as the review appears to have been posted for a unit where the guests unfortunately never stayed or checked in. The guests believed they had booked the same apartment they stayed in during their previous visit. However, this reservation was for a different unit. Upon arrival, they went to the apartment from their previous stay and attempted to use the access code provided for their current reservation. Naturally, the code did not work because they were at the wrong apartment. The guests contacted us at approximately 5:15 PM, and we responded within less than 10 minutes after reviewing the exterior cameras and confirming what had happened. We explained that they were at a different unit than the one reserved. The guests later acknowledged the misunderstanding and explained that they had been driving all day and were tired and confused. We are disappointed to receive a lengthy negative review for a property that the guests never entered, checked into, or stayed at. In fact, the guests' previous stay at the apartment they mistakenly went to was rated positively, with them giving that property an 8/10 and describing it as a nice place. We always welcome honest feedback from guests who have experienced one of our properties, but we believe it is important for future guests to understand that the concerns described in this review relate to a misunderstanding regarding the reservation and not to an actual stay at this particular unit. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Nice location for CHI & Baxter Arena. Very clean. Wish there were more details about checkout. Lots of places we’ve stayed have specifics on either loading dishwasher and/or taking linens off and starting a load of laundry. No direction on that aspect. Parking is very limited. First night other party parked so we could park in the back too. 2nd night those people parked the opposite direction. I would suggest owners mark the parking with painted lines to clarify the parking area for everyone staying at the location. Would stay again & recommend to others!

Omaha/Council Bluffs Getaway

This property was just what we needed for our Men’s College World Series stay. Nick and Mim were very accommodating and prompt to respond. The apartment was neat, clean, and had plenty of room for three adults. Thank you!

Air quality

Had to go to bed bath and beyond for air deodorizers as there was an overwelming smell of cat urine when we arrived...Other than that,i would give them an A+ rating...Quiet area and apartment was vey clean and up to date.
