You’re invited to stay in this old family estate’s East Wing – a spacious 1br/1ba private guest suite, complemented w/ full kitchenette, living room, and amenities meeting every need.

Here, the white-sand Atlantic Shore is a pleasant stroll along a charming private sandy lane away… A picture-perfect town’s best is a pleasant bike ride away… High regard is held for history and nature, and mind is paid to the chemically-sensitive.

Take a stroll down our private sandy lane to the private beach where you’re always welcome. Catch some rays and collect seashells to your heart’s content. Maybe even find some treasure trinkets while strolling along the Treasure Coast.

At all hours, from the undeveloped acreage backing Wentworth South, quaint wildlife abounds. Cottontails lounge in the shade. Butterflies and hummingbirds tend the gardens. Cardinals and doves sing soothing songs. Come dusk, the pelicans fly home overhead and curious owls come out to say hello.

And should rainy weather come, it’s every bit as pleasant to watch the afternoon showers from the porch or go indoors and be lulled by the rain patter on the cathedral ceiling.

The Wentworth South family lives in the house’s West Wing. We will greet you upon arrival and will be readily available to help you with your needs – we wish to make your stay here as pleasant as possible.

Housekeeping twice weekly is included.

Grocery delivery, additional housekeeping, professional laundry service and chauffeur services are also available, provided optionally at an additional charge. Please be sure to check with us for availability and arrangements!

During your stay, the CCCA Full Classic 1940 Buick Limited “Odelia” is available to hire for personal chauffeured service.
At your beck and call with a cloud-like ride, steadfast service, and select modern appointments, “The Parlour Car That Flies” was regaled in her heyday as the greatest in high-luxury and high-performance.

At Wentworth South, we give as much consideration as we can to the allergy-prone, the chemically-sensitive, and the environment, in addition to your health, comfort and enjoyment.

- Whole-house activated charcoal water filtration, removing chlorine & other chemicals.
- Whole-house copper plumbing.
- Solar-heated hot water with auxiliary electric.
- Outdoor shower & spigot.
- Dedicated central HVAC with disinfecting UV light and your own thermostat control. Seasonal accessory space heater.
- Safe, environmentally-friendly housekeeping cleaners. (Regular disinfection using hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, essential oils and steam cleaning. No bleach, no commercial chemicals.)

In considering your stay, please bear in mind:

- In consideration of a safe, allergen-free environment, we prohibit the use of odorous products such as perfumes, colognes, hairsprays, etc. Only scented products permitted by the owners may be used, limited to select essential oils or natural scents. Additionally, no bug sprays/repellants, cleaning chemicals, etc., are allowed to be brought onto or used on the property by guests.
- Due to being serviced by a septic system, we exclude the use of baths – showers only!
- Property features, furnishings, landscaping, etc. are all subject to change. (We are always working to improve things!)
- There may be an additional charge for utility usage exceeding the average monthly cost, at owner’s discretion.
- Several motion-activated security cameras, able to record audio and video, monitor the private road frontage and front of the property. One camera monitors the estate car carport.
- The homeowners live on site.
- A common wall exists; sound may travel.
- Due to being serviced by a septic system, we exclude the use of baths.
- 30-day minimum stay requirement.
