Everything was perfect with our stay. The beds were so comfortable, and everything was very clean! We loved being able to sit in the hot tub or by the fire in the evenings and enjoyed the community pool as well. The location is very convenient being centrally located to all the baseball fields.The host was so nice and made our stand great.

Love the patio and private hot tub! The house was well laid out and living areas were spacious and comfortable. Loved the location, quiet but near plenty of places to eat and close enough to the freeway to make all our plans convenient.

Perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for a quick getaway. My wife and I really enjoyed this property. The outdoor firepit and hottub were amazing. It was perfectly clean and well taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again

We were grateful for John and his guest to be able to stay at our town home for several weeks! They also alerted us to a burnt out light bulb and we're very gracious about the circumstance. We would love to host him and his guest again!

The house was very clean. Every aspect of the house was in very good shape. The description for the house was exactly what you received. It was perfect for the needs of my family. The location was perfect for golf.

Great place in a great location!

The Farmhouse Retreat definitely lived up to its name. It is clean, modern, comfortable, and conveniently located near both indoor activities (restaurants, movie theater, bowling alley) and outdoor adventures. It served as a quiet and peaceful home base for our week exploring St. George.

Easy comfortable stay in St George

Previous reviews were accurate. Good location, comfortable seating areas to spread out. Loved the hot tub! Hosts were excellent communicators. Perfect for three night getaway from snow in Northern Utah.

Amazing place

Beautiful townhome. Very clean, well kept. Super comfy beds. Great outdoor area in the back with fire pit and hot tub. One of the best vacation home rentals we have ever had. It was perfect. Great communication with the hosts. Would def book again!

Staycation

It was great! House was clean and plenty big. We had a great time! Loved how big the couch was. The kitchen was stocked well. Loved the hot tub. Loved that the pool was heated and we could swim in it even though it was late in December!! Super fun stay!

Wonderful property. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and comfy. Less than 10 minutes to soccer fields at Sullivan Virgin River park. Will stay again.

Good mix of adventures

We liked the location due to its proximity to Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon State Parks. It’s also close to several zones for biking, which are awesome. The house itself was nice, clean and in good condition. It had everything we needed and was more than enough for 2 people. The spa was nice and private and the pool was fun and social. It’s a newer community so things are still under construction, a few more local restaurants appear to be coming soon. I would recommend it highly.
