Zephyr Cove first level 1 Bed: close to everything bike, ski, swim!
Enjoy all that Tahoe has to offer from your home base in this spacious Zephyr Cove Spacious 1 Bedroom Unit with a King bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Only 3 miles to Stateline, 5.5 miles to Heavenly, one mile to Zephyr Cove beach day use area, across from Zephyr Point, and 21 miles from Incline Village this location is central to everything. This unit is located off the 395, there can be some road noise. The tub is a tub only, it does not have working jets.
The beach across the street is in a gated community. The closest beach for public use is Zephyr Cove Beach about a mile away.
This condo comes with one reserved parking space, with the ability to have additional spaces upon request for a fee. High-speed WiFi, fully furnished, just bring your clothes and enjoy one of the most beautiful lake/mountain areas in the world! Located conveniently right off Highway 50 resulting in some road noise, please make right turns only when exiting and exercise caution when turning onto highway 50.
There no real lake view, while it can be peek-a-boo, there's a bunch of pine trees that block it.
In Tahoe, there is a possibility of hazardous road conditions in the winter and air quality issues in the summer due to fires, if either of these are a concern for you please obtain travel insurance. The owner depends on the income to sustain this property and it is not sustainable if the cancellation policy is not honored by guests. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy. You will receive details on travel insurance or you can look into it prior to booking, many guests have used Rental Guardian.
During the winter please come prepared for snow and ice conditions, we recommend winter tools including but not limited to chains, ice scrapers, a shovel, and a winter emergency kit is recommended in case you and your vehicle get stranded.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND PROCEDURES
For a 100% refund, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email). If the guest cancels less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. Cleaning fee refund only for cancellations within 60 days to arrival.
Our cancellation policy is a 100% refund for cancellations at least 14 days in advance Guest. No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Our goal is to keep our prices as competitive as possible, in order to keep them competitive it s important that we avoid the losses that come from cancellations.
Owners of these properties depend on the income and last-minute cancellations result in lost revenue through vacancy and lower prices.
For those that don t like the risk that comes with cancellation policies, we strongly recommend you look into travel insurance.

If you didn't purchase the travel insurance offered, you will likely not get any refund.
To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel your reservation by sending us an email, or a text message. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn t purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.
Example request.
I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn t purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I m requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.

There s a common area door that enters to a common hallway for unit A and B, it does not lock, the door to the unit has a key pad deadbolt.
