Enjoy the retro-themed duplex in the heart of the Wells District. This home comfortably sleeps 8, private garage, dog friendly, in suite washer and dryer, two private second story patios with modern patio furniture, bbq, stainless steel appliances, state of the art open concept kitchen with every appliance and cooking accessory you need.
The first bedroom is the master bedroom, offering a comfortable retreat for relaxation. It features a spacious King-sized bed adorned with cozy linens and pillows. The room is thoughtfully decorated with retro-inspired furniture, adding to the overall theme. It's a perfect sanctuary to unwind after a long day of exploring or to enjoy a lazy morning.
The second bedroom is a delightful bunk bedroom, ideal for families or friends traveling together. It boasts two twin-sized beds and a full-sized bed, providing ample sleeping space for a group. The vibrant neon and colorful decor creates a cheerful ambiance, adding a touch of whimsy to the room.
Our kitchen is equipped with a wide range of modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and pantry essentials to ensure you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals during your stay.
To ensure the utmost convenience, the rental space comes equipped with three bathrooms. Each bathroom is tastefully designed and well-appointed with modern fixtures. Guests can freshen up or take a leisurely bath in these clean and inviting spaces. Linens and towels are provided for guests upon arrival.
The townhome shares a wall with the sister unit next door. This unit offers a non-fenced side yard to take your furry friends out or play some yard games.
Step outside onto the patio, where you'll find a barbecue grill ready for use. It's the perfect spot to cook up delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air and surrounding beauty. Additionally, a side yard is available for guests to relax, play games, or simply soak up the sunshine.
