Property was amazing very nice and well kept, very large and open and accommodated our party of eight very well!! Great location and great backyard with fire pit and room for cornhole. My only negative would be not well stocked with cups wine, glasses, etc. That being said, we would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed the location and the accommodations. Perfect game day house.!!!!

Excellent and clean property. Easily accommodated 4 couples who were at UGA for our daughters’ parents weekend. We would rent it again. Only comment is that the neighborhood is a bit dodgy but we had no issues whatsoever. Neighbors were very quiet. Also, it’s not walkable to the stadium but we knew that. Very nice house and well furnished.

Clean Property -lots of space

Great place to stay. My daughter was married in Day Chapel and we had a bunch of family with us. Clean, feels like it was newly renovated. Easy to get pretty much anywhere in Athens. Kitchen, living room, and dining room area is spacious and easy to have a lot of people together.

Four Families, four nights of fun

This property met our needs perfectly, four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. A giant hot water heater meant we could all freshen up at once. Two AC units kept the upstairs and downstairs comfortable. All beds had cozy foam mattresses. The location was near everything we needed for our family reunion weekend.

Wedding weekend in Athens

This house was perfect for us with 4 king bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family as well as the bridal party to get ready on wedding day! The neighbors were friendly and Tyler was so accommodating when we arrived earlier than our check in. It’s close to downtown which worked well on some late nights out. It was a great weekend—we’d stay again.

Sketchy neighborhood

We stayed for parent’s weekend and this house is great; plenty of room and bathrooms but if my husband was not with us I would not stay here.

Hi Laura, I am glad we got the opportunity to follow up with you after your stay. After speaking with you, we are glad to hear that you loved the house and that the home was clean and comfortable. I am sorry you felt this way about the neighborhood. We have had the chance to meet several of the neighbors on multiple occasions and most are older familes that have lived there for years or graduate students at UGA. We of course take the safety of our guests seriously and have never had a reason to be concerned. We do appreciate the feedback and will always try to improve for our next guest experience.

UGA graduation

We stayed at this property for UGA graduation. The house is very well set up for an extended family. Four bedrooms each with its own bathroom, plus a half bath in the main area. The whole house is nicely decorated and well stocked. The communication with the host was great. My only negative is the neighborhood.

Not great

Great house!! In every way. But The neighborhood is more than sketchy. We got heckled twice on the way back from the basketball gay. And we were UGA fans. Unfortunately, won’t stay here again.
