This glamping tent at Columbia Mountain Ranch offers travelers a memorable outdoor experience in Big Sky Country. Enjoy the natural beauty of Montana from a convenient basecamp to visit some of the state's top attractions, just 15 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Sleep under the stars in your very own safari-style tent, constructed on a wooden deck, featuring a king-size bed, plush linens, coffee bar, electricity, Adirondack deck chairs, lanterns, ice chest and more. Spend your day enjoying thrilling “Big Sky” adventures, then return to camp and enjoy the night stars on your private deck, either with a book, a game of cards, or simply each other's company.
Restrooms and showers are available at a well-maintained community building accessible via a short, lighted walkway. On-site amenities include a community kitchen, picnic area with bbq, fire pits(firewood provided!), pond with paddle boards and kayak, hammocks, board games, books and lots of natural scenery to explore.
Guests park their vehicles a short walk from their tent, wagons provided to take supplies to your tent. Cooking is not allowed in tent or tent area. Cooking facilities provided at the community kitchen and bbq picnic area. This property is a secluded, yet completely connected glamping hideaway

This is the place to stay!! it was in the perfect location with an amazing view. and only 20ish minutes from glacier makes this the perfect place to stay!!

This was a really fun glamping experience! The tent was perfectly set up including a coffee pot and water jug system. We absolutely loved sitting watching the deer from our porch. We also greatly appreciated the ample number of fluffy clean towels in the bathroom, and the community board game shelf! The only small downside was the fluctuating water pressure in the showers, but considering it’s a glamping property it was understandable.

We were heading to Glacier National Park for a few days and needed a place to rest our heads. We slept in the Creekside Tent, what a unique experience! Really nice, professional and friendly hosts that made it easy for us to love the place. I’ve already recommended this to 2 friend families coming out next week:)

Host was super friendly and we enjoyed our stay in the Creekside. There are 3 platform tents only (feels cozy) and the community center was nearby for potty, kitchen and laundry. I was concerned about being close but there was no bright lights or stinky smells, yay. The tent had a great water contraption device and a coffee maker — so so nice! We wish we had another down day to enjoy it!

Honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. They have everything you need with the most welcoming hosts possible. They just want everyone to stay to have the best time and it’s amazing. 1000/10 would stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Glacier National Park. Only 25 minutes from the west entrance. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed and treated like family. Highly recommend this property for sometime looking for rustic yet comfortable accommodations.

We stayed in the Creekside tent. It felt very private. John was there to greet us as we arrived. It was like seeing an old friend. He is warm and we felt at home immediately. The tent was super comfortable and very clean. The king size bed is a great sleep, very comfortable. There is drinking water and electricity in the tent for charging or whatever. The porch is great for star gazing. The shared bathrooms provided towels and are pretty clean. The shared kitchen could be cleaner but was not a distraction. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and kitchen cooking items you would need. The laundry was a god send and there is no extra charge. No coins needed. The property is stocked with fire wood and two fire pits. Super nice. The fishing pond is sweet with fishing rods provided. There are three deer that roam about the outer fences. It’s located about 20 minutes from the park which was easy for us. The small town is 5 minutes drive and has good restaurants and bakeries. Very nice. We will definitely return and highly recommend the property.

A Perfect Place

This was a great experience. We were so impressed with the tent setup with king sized bed and very warm blankets. The host was friendly and courteous and took great care of us.

Stayed for two nights and loved it!

We loved our stay at the creekside tent! It felt like we were in the woods at night but still had all the amenities of a hotel. We could hear some coyotes howling the first night which was pretty cool. We also had deer stand next to us at the tent. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I had an incredible stay here! The setting was perfect, so relaxing and scenic, and the tent very comfortable even during warm weather. Staff was incredibly friendly and the tent was equipped with everything we needed for a perfect glamping weekend: electric outlets, coffee maker, water dispenser, lights, fan, and heater. We also loved the town of Columbia Falls for its proximity to Glacier and local food and drink spots. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a nature getaway.

Amazing little place

My husband and I loved this adorable glamping tent! The view was gorgeous and the king bed was the most comfy bed we’ve ever slept on! The community bathroom and kitchen was close by and very convenient! Columbia falls downtown was a 5-10 minute drive away! And Whitefish was just about 20 minutes away. It was a great place and we will definitely come back !

GNP Home Base

We stayed in the creekside tent at Columbia Mountain Ranch for 3 nights while day hiking at Glacier National Park. The tent was awesome and well set up. Bed was super cozy and with the tend flap open and screening closed at night it was like camping outdoors in comfort. Resort facilities, bathrooms, showers, laundry and kitchen were all great and super clean.

Can’t recommend enough—this glamping experience was simply fantastic! The tent and everything inside is in pristine condition. And that king bed is the most comfortable and cosy bed ever! The tent faces the most beautiful open field and it truly feels very private. There is no power right beside the bed, but there is power at the table for the coffee maker and charging phones, etc. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry are just steps away and are super clean. We’re excited to come back next spring. Highly recommend!

Great experience!

We stopped in 2 nights while driving cross country. It was peaceful, beautiful property with good accommodations. Bathrooms and kitchen were communal, we didnt use the kitchen much but the bathrooms were clean and very suitable. There are other tents pretry close by but they werent occupied whole we were there. Could have stayed a long while, sitting on the tents front porch. Would stay again and recommend for people looking for a quiet outdoor retreat.

Excellent Glamping in beautiful location

We are so thrilled we got to stay at Columbia Mountain Ranch. The glamping tent “Creekside” was the best glamping set up we’ve ever experienced. The tent itself is well constructed with mosquito/bug nets inbuilt to protect you. The bed was enormous, at least king size, and with high quality linens. The hosts have thought about everything you might need as a camper, with a water dispenser, cool box (and ice available in communal kitchen), light and fan. We had a beautiful view over a meadow and caught some amazing sunsets. The communal kitchen and showers were very clean and well kept, and the towels were thankfully received. The ability to do laundry at a small fee was also very welcome. Columbia Falls is a great little town and in great proximity to the west side of Glacier NP. Last but not least, the hosts are a family, and a very nice one at that. They immediately made us feel right at home and you can tell that this is a family run business. Would recommend anyone looking for affordable accommodation in this area to book right away.

Thank you for the wonderful experience! We really enjoyed the memories showing a fancy side of camping, and how convenient the location was. It was close to everything we needed and made it easy to enjoy nearby activities, including our time at Glacier Park. The property was well maintained and easy to navigate to. Hope to be able to stay again on our next adventure.
