ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Coastal Soul 393, a quaint, pet friendly cottage near the ocean and the bay. Enjoy all the comforts of home, after a day on the water, fishing, boating and sunbathing. If you're looking for a home close to a boat ramp that has room to park your boat too, then look no further. Coastal Soul 393 is less than a quarter mile to the Cessna Landing Park.

The open concept living, dining and kitchen will keep you connected while you reminisce about your day and enjoy your meals together. There are two king master bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms and a twin daybed and sleeper sofa on the first floor.

ABOUT THE AREA: Coastal Soul is just around the corner from Cessna Landing on the Choctawatchee Bay. The park has a boat launch, docks, picnic shelters, basketball court, squash court, and playground. Towards the beach, it's closest to Gulf Place which features some of 30A's most popular restaurants, like Shunk Gulley and The Perfect Pig. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow folks down with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, plentiful green spaces, and park benches to sit and enjoy the views. If you're looking for a little more, then Grand Boulevard, Baytowne Wharf and Destin are not far away.

BEACH ACCESS: Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is the closest beach to Coastal Soul. From the house, head south on 393, cross over Hwy 98 and then at the intersection of 393 and 30A you'll see Ed Walline. This beach is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $250 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Please make sure you park in the designated property parking locations only. If your home offers street parking please make sure you read all posted signage.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

We stayed at Coastal Soul 393 with our two pups. What a beautiful house with amazing decor. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are really nice, and the kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed relaxing in the living room in the evenings. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in yard after playing all day at the What's Up Dog doggie daycare. The house is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, yet far enough away from the busy Hwy 98. This was a working vacation for me and the wifi did not disappoint. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

Conveniently located - one left turn and 3.5 miles to the nearest beach, and 1.5 miles to the grocery store. Spotless, and modern, beautiful furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Multiple decks for hanging around outside, and the fenced in yard is a nice plus. The beach gear to borrow was a fun surprise. We also appreciated the little thoughtful touches like the linen spray in the bathroom.

Our stay was perfect. From check in to check out, 30a beach girls made sure we were good. Loved the included bonfire night it was fun. Thank you.
