Our family of 9 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It is spacious, clean and well stocked. We also loved the lovely pool area and the close proximity to the beach. The management team is very responsive and helpful!

THE BEST HOUSE on HHI

Beautiful house with everything we needed in it. It was very clean and spacious. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom which was very nice especially because we were staying with another family.

Split-level wonder-ful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 Ketch was the perfect accommodation and location for our four-day family reunion in Hilton Head. My husband and I hosted our three adult children and five grandchildren. The house offered everything our group needed, including a spacious kitchen/dining/living area (open floor plan), several outdoor decks, a grill, a laundry room, and of course, a spacious pool and hot tub in the backyard, made private by the surrounding landscape.The fact that 4 Ketch has bedrooms with attached bathrooms on every one of its four levels allowed each family their own space when they needed it. Access to the beach is convenient along the adjacent path. The Mariners community feels secluded, yet convenient to the rest of Palmetto Dunes, nearby Shelter Cove, and the wealth of restaurants, markets, and shopping Hilton Head has to offer. Couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay!

Amazing Beach House

Wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing home with plenty of room in all areas for our family gathering of 9. Well equipped with all our our needs. Short walking distance to the beach allowed for going back and forth as needed and the outdoor shower was great for getting the sand off before going in the pool. Short distance to Kroger and Fresh Market for all of our food supplies.

The rental process was easy, communication was great, the home was awesome, and the beach was just a short walk. Rent some bikes to cruise the bike paths or take a long walk on the beach. The general store is also a great place to visit. I would highly recommend this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely amazing! We’ve been coming to Hilton Head for over 15 years & we’ve found our favorite new home – 4 Ketch. We had four generations staying and we all agreed it was one of our best vacations. The pool was HUGE & having a pool bathroom was a big plus. We loved the location of the home – so close to the beach! The local management company, Coastal Home and Villa, was unbelievably responsive (even answering email questions at 9pm!). The home was well stocked with everything we needed & was so very clean. Can't say enough about how gorgeous this home is and there is no better location on Hilton Head. We can’t wait to come back!
