Perched in the vibrant heart of Stevensville, this expansive 3,000 sq ft condo is a treasure with majestic ceilings and exposed beams, crafted for luxury gatherings. With Lake Michigan's distant views and close proximity to the town's best beaches, you're perfectly positioned for an exquisite escape.

A modern beach aesthetic flows through the space, from the grand living areas to the intimate ensuite dressing rooms. High-speed internet, a 55” television providing both entertainment and convenience.

Please note, access to this exclusive retreat requires stairs.

Bedroom Breakdown:

*Primary Bedroom: Two king beds, a cozy sleeper sofa, an ensuite bathroom, a desk for thoughtful reflections, and an ensuite dressing room.

*Bedroom 2: Two queen beds, direct access to an ensuite dressing room, and a door connecting to the main bathroom, ensuring both privacy and connectivity.

*Bedroom 3: Two queen beds and an exclusive ensuite dressing room, designed for relaxation and preparation.

Tailored for small groups of close friends or wedding parties, this condo is your hub for celebration and luxury. While there are no outdoor amenities to distract from the indoor opulence, the surrounding area offers ample opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

This property requires a $400 deposit and rental agreement to be signed.

As your host, it’s our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be.

Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home.

For an optimal experience for us both, we’ve spelled out some house rules. Thank you in advance. We truly appreciate you staying with us. • Your safety is our main concern and our insurance will only allow a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS, including infants and toddlers.
• No pets allowed.
• Please do not wear shoes inside the home.
• Please turn down the AC/heat when you’re away.
• No parties or events, an extra $500 cleaning fee will be applied if a party is thrown.
• Guest agrees that failure to vacate the premises within the specified timeframe or at the end of the Guest’s scheduled stay shall be deemed trespassing, and Owner shall be afforded all protections, rights, and remedies available at law or in equity to any property owner against a trespasser. In addition, Guest shall incur a fee of $150 per hour for each hour Guest remains on the premises. The hourly fee shall accrue without limitation, be invoiced daily, and become immediately due and payable upon receipt of the invoice.
• Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am out of respect for our neighbors.
• There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house or garage. If you smoke outside, please pick up the butts and dispose of them safely. • There are security cameras present on the exterior for security and guest safety. Do not move or tamper with them.
• The base cleaning fee covers basic cleaning. Additional fees may apply if anything is damaged by more than “normal wear and tear” by dirt, spills, bodily fluids, etc. for using extra cleaning methods.
• For your convenience, we have left detergent for both the dishwasher and washing machine. Please take all bags of trash out to the outside trash bin.
• If anything is broken or damaged or simply isn't working properly, please report it to us ASAP.

It is always recommended that you get travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Please only flush toilet paper. Feminine Hygiene products, paper towels, q-tips, baby wipes, flushable wipes, cotton balls, etc. need to be disposed of in the wastebasket. No video productions without written consent from the property owner.

The Guest and all persons listed under them on this Agreement understand that their rental of this property is at their sole risk and hereby agree to indemnify, completely and fully release and hold harmless the Owners, Property Management, their agents and employees, and the property, against any and all claims of personal injury, including death, or property damage, or loss, including but not limited to all attorney’s fees incurred, arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury, death or loss, regardless of what causes such injuries, or damage, including those of any third persons. In the event Owner files suit to enforce its rights under this Agreement, Guest will be responsible for paying any attorney fees incurred by Owners in connection therewith. Except as stated herein, the Guests are renting the premises in its As-Is condition upon check-in date and agrees to take good care of said premises. This care includes not making any alterations, additions, repairs or improvements and/or any removal of the Owner’s personal property from the premises without the approval of the Owner/Agent. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property are in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, internet access, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair, maintenance, and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds/rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items. By electronically agreeing to this lease, the Renter has read, fully understands, and agreed to all the terms and conditions included in this agreement. Renter is aware that this is a release of liability and a legal contract and signs it (or electronically agrees to) of Renter’s own free will. Please have safe travels, and contact us with any questions you might have.

Great Stay in Stevensville

We had a great long weekend stay in The Penthouse and it was perfect for our group that included my senior parents. Tons of space, well stocked kitchen and a great location for us to explore the local beach communities, wineries, etc. Tony was a great host, responsive and very helpful with recommendations. We will stay here again when the need arises!

Michigan getaway

Short trip with my wife and kids, my sibling and her family along with our parents. We had a wonderful time and the house was exactly what we needed. It allowed us to cook our dinners together and relax in the evenings after busy days filled with fun activities and plenty of beach time. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Comfortable, stylish, convenient

We were very happy with our accommodations! Hosts were helpful and very communicative - they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs when a water main burst in town! The view was unexpected and I felt, downplayed in the listing. We had gorgeous sunset views over the lake every night - no it's not beachfront, but it's wooded, private, and all around relaxing and beautiful. The layout worked really well for our family! Bathrooms were stocked, loved the ceiling fans and individual thermostats for temperature control. There were little things like the children's books, foil and suran wrap, that made the stay convenient. It's also so conveniently located! We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go in 5 - 10 minutes. It was sublime and we would absolutely book again!

Ladies retreat

This location was an excellent stay. All of the people who gather together all had the same thought. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and comfortable beyond compare. The view of Lake Michigan with therapeutic and the amount of parking spots was appreciated. All of the kitchen essentials were clean and generous. All of the bedding and assortment of bath cloths were soft, fluffy and smelled fresh. The cathedral ceilings, and the lights throughout gave a great feeling of comfort. All of the furniture was comfortable, and the tones of all the colors were compatible. I would highly suggest the penthouse for any gathering. You will not regret it. The only thing missing is your camera to capture all the the moments of joy that will be shared together here.
