About this space
Our newly built modern home is a place for you to retreat, relax, and reset. Gather around the fire, relax in the hot tub, unwind in the steam shower, and enjoy your music on our Sonos system. This your time to unplug. All while surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Located in wine and beach country, just a 10 min drive to Weko Beach, steps from Lake Solis, and only a 10 min walk to the grand mere park walking trail. In home massages and wine tours available, please inquire for more details.
The Space:
Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom includes extra blankets and cotton linens. The master bedroom has a steam shower ensuite. The home is designed for entertainment. The living room, second floor loft and patio are spacious and inviting for all your guests.

The patio includes a solo stove, patio heater, hot tub, dining table and umbrella, large igloo roller cooler, and Adirondack chairs.

Parking pad includes newly installed EV charger.
Guest access:
Guests will be able to access all areas except for two utility closets.
Other things to note:
The home is situated in a sandy area surrounded by dunes and forest. Public access to lake Solis, just a few steps away. Walking distance to grand mere park trail. There are three homes near fully built in the community of 12 beautiful modern homes. There are security cameras on the outside of the house.

Clean, modern, great water pressure, lots of nice thoughtful amenities. This was a wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed with two other couples and never felt crowded. Two bedrooms downstairs, one with bathroom en-suite. The upstairs has an open loft with beds and a master suite. The fire-pit was great, wood on site. Hot tub felt amazing and instructions were helpful. Even the concrete floors had heat in them so your feet didn’t get too chilly. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the host has thought of every single way to provide for guests. The back patio is beautiful with the fire pit, lights, and hot tub. The bed linens were SO comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing. It was the perfect space for our crew, we’re already dreaming of a repeat stay! It was also by close to Weko Beach and not far at all from St Joe. We loved having the beach chairs and towels to use, as well. The host was extremely responsive and kind. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Big Blue in Stevensville. The house had everything we needed and then some. The hosts are excellent, and I’d love to stay there again.

Was great!

Perfect for my bachelorette party! Had a group of 8 and there was plenty of room. The house is clean, modern, and comes with extra amenities so you feel right at home.

We had a wonderful time. Had a surprise 40th weekend for my bestie! The house had everything we needed. Had a couple small issues, texted the homeowners and they responded quickly. The steam shower upstairs is AMAZING! I used it 3 times while I was there!!

Big Blue for the win!

The house is large and easily housed 6 of us-we didn't even use all sleeping areas. We spent more time staying in then going out because we really enjoyed being there. The hot tub is really nice and so is the fire pit. We had lots of privacy in the back yard and enjoyed watching the wildlife visiting. The location is nice because you are close to Stevensville's downtown and not far from St. Joseph. All 3 bathrooms are stocked with high quality soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. The showers are very modern. We had such a great time and we are already planning our next trip!

We celebrated my Dad's 81st birthday. The house was perfect for sitting outside for dinner and enjoying conversation. Stevensville is only minutes away with numerous dining options as well. We couldn't ask for a better location. The host was responsive and direction on check in and check out were clear and easy.
