Cute,Cozy and Clean 2B-2B cottage-hot tub-by Fall Creek Falls Park State Park

Sweet Pea Cottage is a completely renovated cozy cottage with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. This cottage does have an AquaRest 4 person hot tub for our guests to enjoy and hiking at Fall Creek Falls. Completely renovated for that "Farmhouse feel" and loaded with charm and comfort. New kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances, butcher block counters, farmhouse sink and lots of amenities to prepare all your meals.
Keurig coffee pot, automatic ice maker, dishwasher, crock pot, griddle, waffle iron and cooking/baking pans for all your cooking needs. An electric grill as well as a small charcoal grill are also provided.
All bedrooms, living room and game room have flat screen TV's for our guests enjoyment. Plenty of pillows, sheets and blankets are provided as well as a full size washer/dryer for our guests. The dining room are has ample seating for 4 guests.
Take in a good movie or book in the living room with recliners and comfy couch. All TV's are provided with YoutubeTV. We also have a game room with large screen TV, sectional sofa for stretching out and enjoying a good sports game while the kiddos play board games or air hockey.
Sweet Pea Cottage is located just 2 mile from the North Entrance to Fall Creek Falls State Park. Be in the heart of the park in 10 minutes. This cottage is also located just a short drive to many beautiful waterfalls such as Rock Island State Park, Lost Creek Falls, Burgess Falls and many others.
Lots to do and see in our area, so come play with us and stay with us at Sweet Pea Cottage!

The house was really cute. We couldn’t use the hot tub because it had a yellow ring around the edges and a strong chemical smell. The commode in both bathrooms was in a very tight space and we didn’t like that. We had a hard time sleeping. The bed in the room we slept in was really tight if you were sleeping on the back side.

It was a cute place to stay. No problems whatsoever with the cottage. My only problem is I asked for a late check out and never got a firm answer and that the property owner/manager sent me a better offer after reservation and then when I asked about it, she said it was sent by mistake. By all means, stay here though. Very clean and nice.

As for the late checkout, it is hard to determine a late checkout when another guest could potentially book right behind you causing a turnaround. Our cleaning staff needs ample time to make the cottage very nice for each guest. We do hope you will come back and visit us again soon.

Enjoyed our stay! Nicely equipped with whatever we needed. Only downside was the numerous stink bugs inside the cottage and I got bit by something while staying there

Hi Tonya, I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. We have an exterminator that comes monthly. Unfortunately, stink bugs like the area due to the Falls being so close. We do hope to have you stay with us again.

This place was so cute. I absolutely loved it. It was so homey and welcoming. I really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub looking up at the stars. It was very clean. Will stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at Sweet Pea Cottage. It was comfortable, clean with plenty of options for a family including a room with games. The kitchen was well equipped. It was in a quite neighborhood with scenic views out the back windows. The instructions were easy to follow and the host was very responsive and helpful. It is a short 10 drive to the Fall Creek Falls State Park. We are very happy we stayed at Sweet Pea Cottage!

The property is very cute, but very small. The bedrooms are tiny and do not have any side tables for the beds. The beds are decent comfort, but I guess I am spoiled by my own mattress at home. The kitchen is well appointed. The property does state that there is a limited supply of basic items, such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, so if you are staying longer that two days bring extra or be prepared to buy more. For as much as we paid an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would've been nice. The thermostat was not adjustable, but we did not reach out to the owner to get assistance.

Location of the property to Fall Creek Falls was excellent. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Easy and very understandable directions were given prior to our arrival. Would highly consider staying here again for future events we have at Fall Creek Falls!

Fantastic furniture! Beautiful decor..such a great little place. Hot tub was excellent. We had been at a rental in Florida that was more ‘bachelor pad’ style so we were SO ready for this place. Plush, cozy-exactly what we needed and the pricing is amazing too. I don’t repeat stays often, because I love checking out new places, but this one was a perfect rental at almost an exact halfway point between home and Florida for me so I might make an exception!
