This is a. EditionProperty that literally has a pristine beach as its front yard! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels! Lots of floaters here. We left all ours and it looks like thatMight happen often! If I were to make any recommendations it would be to upgrade coffee system ( I think they have the original Mr coffee!and a small handheld blower to manage the sand! Would rent again!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and the location were absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean, well maintained, and the views were beautiful. We also loved having a great restaurant nearby.One of our favorite features was the water filtration system in the kitchen. The water tasted better than bottled water and was always available. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home on an amazing beach. Went with another family and had plenty of space with the bedrooms and kitchen downstairs and bedrooms and kitchen upstairs. Convenient that our beach had jet skis to rent and drinks to purchase from locals. Water and sand are perfect! Floats, beach chairs and umbrellas that come with home rental are perfect. Did not think we would use the pool but took advantage of that too. The drive to all the restaurants would be the only negative but not long and enjoyed our vacay immensely.

Crystal Sands was perfect for our family vacation. The view and proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Sapodilla Bay Beach sunsets are l wonderful and can be enjoyed right from your balcony. The house is down the beach from the public beach entrance where there is an option to purchase food delivered to your beach chairs every day. The “two houses in one” make it an ideal space for multiple families vacationing together. Great communicators. We would rent again.

Right on the beach and the water was amazing. So nice to have chairs and umbrellas to use, others had to pay the vendors for them. We thought the kitchen had all we needed. Didn't use the pool, the water was too cold and there was no need when the ocean was warm, calm and just as clear. We loved the porch and absolutely enjoyed our stay

We loved just being able to walk out on the beach from our rental everyday. It was convenient to purchase drinks from the local vendors everyday. The beach was beautiful. Our hosts were awesome!

Perfect Location. We loved the privacy and quality of the beach. The right balance of activity and relaxation. The hosts are wonderful at communicating prior to your stay, taking all the stress out of a vacation in another country. The home is in great condition and is big enough to spread out.

Great setup for 2 x family trip

Great location with the beach right outside the door. Beach does get “busy” mid day but it’s like a private beach in the mornings and sunsets.

Beautiful Spot in Turks and Caicos

Stayed with our family including a 3 year old. Felt very safe and the home was lovely. Right on the water. Beautiful weather. The hosts were terrific throughout the trip.

Gorgeous and calm

My family, ranging from ages 70 to 2 years old stayed here for a week. We found the property had everything we needed, and the beach was calm and stunning. We did have to drive quite a bit to any activities, groceries, or restaurants.

Amazing stay at this villa. Hosts communication from the beginning was great. Upon arrival, everything was laid out well and very well stocked. The house is large and the location is incredible. The water is amazing. The sand is so soft. There were 2 bars set up about 30 feet away with many drink options and some food options. They played music all day which wasn’t bothersome. Island type music. Made for a fun atmosphere. Lots of beach goers - I can imagine in the winter months how busy it must get but you have your designated spots at the beach which is so nice. You can come and go from the house very easily. It was great having laundry. The machines were quite old but did the trick. Had some trouble with the washer but wasn’t a big deal. The dishwashers didn’t work great - 1 leaked, and the other barely cleaned. I think it was from the salt in the water. Had a very funny odour which we noticed with clothing left outside to dry as well. The pack and plays were a nice to have and didn’t need to bring ours. The one was very musty and mildew smelling but again still nice to not have to pack ours. The floors upon arrival were vacuumed but still felt a bit dirty (not mopped). Hard to keep up on I’m sure with the amount of sand tracking in and out. Tons of towels at your convenience. Lots of floaties and sand toys, and even sunscreen to use!! Grocery store was good. Location to restaurants was far but Las Brisas across the road was amazing!!! Ate from there 4 times!!

Paradise

The location is absolutely perfect - the most calm water on the island and is perfect for children. Would recommend renting a car since you are not close to activities, restaurants etc.

Two Family Get Away

What an amazing place. Accommodated an early checkin with flight change Owners emailed prompt, AC was great in the hot weather.. pool was clean and refreshing.... Quiet and on the beach. Plenty of room for 10 of us with two separate family areas. Would 100% rent again :)

Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Sands Villa. The property is quite spacious & beautiful. It’s located right on the beach providing spectacular views. It’s just a short drive to Grace Bay where we discovered delicious food. The weather was perfect all week. This villa is exceptionally clean and management is easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend this beautiful villa if you’re looking for a wonderful & relaxing vacation.

Family Vacation Blessing

I had an amazing time with my wife and kids. The house was clean, comfortable, and safe. We had a great time! The kids had a great time. We were all sad when it was time to leave. We will definitely come back next year.

Wonderful property and location

We had a great, relaxing time, location couldn't be better. Property was large and spacious and very clean. Separation of upstairs and downstairs was a little inconvenient but it also allows for a degree of extra privacy. The beach and ocean were fabulous and spotless, nearby vendors weren't too noisy and proved to be very convenient. Dana and Scott were gracious hosts.

Vacation of a lifetime

Crystal sands is absolute paradise. Our family and friends really enjoyed our stay. The home is right on the beach. You can rent jet skies, paddle boards etc right from the beach. It’s a great area for young kids as the water is very calm. Looking forward to heading back next year. Thank you Dana and scott for the easy check in and checking out process. I would very much recommend staying here.

Wonderful family beach especially for young children ( our grandkids are 3-7 ages) and awesome to have the view and walk out to beach but it is not private. You have 10 reserved chairs on a very busy public beach. We do believe that due to windy conditions on Grace Bay many travelers and locals knew this was a much calmer side and protected beach is perhaps why so busy). We had to daily ask people to move and explain these are reserved chairs for renting the house. They loved having the pool to play in as well. House is very well appointed and comfortable but it is 2 separate units The upstairs is a 2 bedroom with full kitchen and baths ( beautiful balcony view) and same set up in the first floor. You can only access the upstairs by going outside and up a flight of stairs. We would stay here again but just felt more accurate description would have prepared our expectations. Noreen that we met on arrival was excellent and owners were very communicative on arrival information.
