Pets are allowed upon approval for an additional cost of $25 per night, per pet.



The Space:

Inviting space with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen and all main living areas on the first floor. There's also a room over the garage with 2 beds and a half bath.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house during their stay, including the fenced in back yard, deck and picnic area.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet established neighborhood near Joint Base Charleston and convenient to local attractions.



Getting Around:

There are places you can walk to but driving a vehicle is highly recommended. You can park in the driveway or the garage.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome on a case by case basis with pet fees of $25 per pet, per night.

Very affordable. Nothing fancy but perfect for those people that really only use it to sleep and shower. The host was very responsive.

Graduation Stay

Great property, could use some more kitchen items like can opener that works, additional dishes, and skillets, but we had a wonderful stay. Property is very clean and beds are comfy. Laundry is a nice and wonderful touch.

Just what we needed!

My family and I needed a rental that could accommodate us all comfortably while in Charleston for an event, and this quant little home did just that. Very clean, inviting, with plenty of room to spread out. The owners were just a message away with any question or concern. Would definitely suggest this booking!

Long Weekend

House interior was perfect for our stay. Upstairs twin bedroom ceiling is very low, but not a complaint that will affect your overall stay.

Dance retreat

We were at a dance competition in N Charleston.The house was a great place to sleep and plan our next day.Any issues were quickly taken care of ,they really wanted us to be comfortable.A good place for a big group with kids.
