New Hardwood floors! This updated townhome is in the heart of Mount Pleasant and just 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms and downtown Charleston. Take a dip in the community pool just steps from the front door. Or, take a quick walk to local shops and restaurants.
Enjoy two bedrooms each with comfy queen beds and ensuite bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The spacious living room provides a queen pullout couch and cable TV with apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials including a Keurig for your morning cup of joe.
The front porch is great to hang out and enjoy the sun or grill up your favorites for dinner. Afterwards, stay in and watch a movie on the flat screen with access to all of your favorite shows and apps.

Great Location, Beautifully decorated, Spacious.

This dog friendly property has plenty of opportunities to walk your pet. Very convenient to Charleston and within walking distance to food and shopping in Mt Pleasant. Close to beaches. The house was well stocked and clean! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the quaint patio. Host was quick to respond.

Perfect Little Townhome in Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here while visiting our daughter in Charleston. The neighborhood was great. The location is prime. The townhome was very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for Shipyard Park

Great property. Fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. New washer and dryer. Pool is a short walk from the house. Grocery store is very close. Owner/host is very helpful.

Family Spring Break

The property was the perfect location to beaches and downtown. It was super convenient to be near so many shops and restaurants. We would happily book again for a future trip!

Perfect mini vacation

I love the location of this property. Far enough away from the heavy tourist traffic, but still close enough to everything you want to see and do. The townhouse is spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone needing a place with two bedrooms.

stylish townhome with one concern

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Mt Pleasant. The owner is quick to respond and was flexible with an extra hour check out (which we didn't end up using). Nice location with convenient access to Charleston and nearby beaches. Townhouse is as described. On our last night we happened to notice prior water leaks painted over in the ceiling. No big deal. But then we saw the air vents on the ceiling, The living room vent shows a significant amount of black mold spots inside the vent (visible from the outside with a flashlight). I wasn't comfortable being there after seeing this and was glad we were leaving the next morning.

Great Stay

Great place. Very clean! Had a hiccup with check-in but was handled quickly and no big deal. For our family it was perfect. We were there for a softball tournament at the Shipyard which was a short drive, but was also a short distance to anything else we wanted to do. Really enjoyed our stay.

Good location

Pretty nice place with one big issue - the second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, sunk way down, very noisy. Needs a sturdy platform/box spring. Hinges on Main bedroom door coming off. Location is good, easy drive to Charleston and good things to do and places to eat in Mt. Pleasant area.

Perfection

This place was everything it said it was. The place was clean and exactly as pictured. We walked down the street for breakfast. It was an easy drive to and from downtown Charleston and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was great at this place! Very clean, had everything we needed, location was great, allowed my dog to stay with us, & the kids loved the pool! Highly recommend! Would stay here again when we are back in the Charleston area.

Clean and Comfortable

This was our first trip to the Charleston area. We found this unit to be incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. It is well-equipped with everything you need to enjoy a stay away from home. It is extremely convenient to dining, shopping, sightseeing and visiting the beach. (We chose Isle of Palms.) Megan was readily accessible by text with any questions we had. We appreciate the effort she has made to make this such a nice offering. Definitely would stay here again.

A family vacation

The property was very nice and peaceful. The location to stores such as grocery and drug stores was excellent. The only negative was limited TV stations available unless you logged into your own personal streaming accounts.

Great stay-away

We needed someplace to stay while our house was being shown in an open house. This proved to be the ticket. Clean, still close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner was always quick and easy.

Great location for area activities

Very clean home and true as shown / described. Quiet neighborhood close to main road and bridge. Host provided soaps, shampoo, etc. Comfortable beds and nice living room to crash after a long day. Small pool is nice. The location in Mt. Pleasant was easily accessible to all the activities we planned in and out of Charleston. We had no problem parking in Charleston! The Mt. Pleasant farmers market is great. Strawberries were in season... Sweet and fresh! Also fresh boiled shrimp from Mt. Pleasant seafood. During our stay we did tours, dining and shopping in Charleston. We enjoyed the beaches and dining on Sullivans Island of Palms ...shout out to the delicious Acme!!! Tea garden and Boone plantation (more strawberries!) And the USS Yorktown. We had a great time and very pleased with this VRBO

Family Long Weekend

We headed down for a long weekend to visit family and meet a new baby in the family. Beautiful place. Will definately be back. Husband used to live in Mount P so was awesome to see the area.

Charleston Get Away

We had a wonderful time visiting the sights of Charleston. The house was clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable friends’ getaway. In addition, the location was perfect for visiting the city and surrounding attractions. The owner was accessible throughout the trip whenever we contacted her. Would definitely stay there on our next visit!!

Excellent property in Mount Pleasant

Good location and neighborhood. Easy drive to Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Sumter Ferry. Well-equipped for home cooking. No Bluetooth audio capability to play our music. If renting to seniors, grab bars in showers would be good addition. No place to hang coats in entry way. Owner very responsive to requests.

Good Stay

We stayed here for 7 weeks so our experience might be different from those staying a shorter time. The owner was very responsive and replaced everything we reported and quickly. She was great. The electric stove top was cracked and when we reported it to the owner she had the stove replaced. Similarly the outdoor grill was rusted out and again the owner replaced it. The kitchen is very small and was not well stocked for long stays. We bought ( and left) a colander and a kitchen trash can for recycling. The owner also replaced the knives when we mentioned how dull the other ones were. The linens were super soft and comfy, as was the spring mattress. One bed is foam, the other which we used, was a spring mattress. The bathrooms could use medicine cabinets since there’s not a lot of room in them. .One upstairs bathroom and the downstairs bathroom are small. All 3 toilet paper holders were either falling off the wall or in need of repair. With all that said, the place was very good and the location great. With some minor repairs and some medicine cabinets in both bathrooms it would be 5 star. We did not bring these issues to the owners attention so knowing her she’ll probably address Them. You’ll benefit from the improvements the owner made when we brought problems to her attention. We’d stay here again. Oh - parking right in front of the unit was super convenient. Neighbors were quiet too so no worries there.

Close to everything! Easy walk to some great restaurants or a just a quick drive to grocery store, downtown Charleston, beaches and shopping. The pool is great if you are here in the Summer. A dog park is just a 5 min walk as well as a dock overlooking Shem Creek.
