You will be close to all the downtown hotspots in this downtown duplex unit! Walk, bike, or drive hassle-free! The flat has one bedroom with a queen bed, a queen sofa bed in the living room, and a dedicated work desk. There is only one bedroom! There is also fast high-speed Internet, a full kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, and a front patio with seating. Enjoy free parking and ease to come-and-go, at a location just a half mile from the heart of downtown. Drive an EV!? We have two chargers (level 2)! There is also a crib/playpen for infants and toddlers. This is the perfect place for remote workers, traveling families, or anyone in town for an event. We have outside cameras which are disclosed in our listing and tampering with these cameras or the internet will result in fines and possible eviction. No immediate or local guests are allowed. Only authorized guests are allowed.

Great Location

We were in town for a wedding at Haywood Hall - super convenient to downtown. Nicely furnished, easy check in. Great communication from our hosts.

The Perfect Home Away from Home

This is a phenomenal place to stay! This beautiful flat is nicely appointed and extremely comfortable. Athina and Kelvin were gracious and kind hosts who go above and beyond to do all they can to make certain that guests feel welcome. What wonderful accommodations!

Excellent Place to Stay

The apartment was clean and everything was in working order. I used the washer and dryer which both worked very well. The AC and heater also worked well and warmed the cool morning very quickly. I walked to downtown Raleigh and found several great restaurants to choose from. I enjoyed walking through the historic cemetery which is just a couple of blocks away. I appreciated the cleanliness as well,

Owners went out of their way!

This is a beautiful little spot down town. We had a great time and the owner met with us over a concern and made it right instantly. We will definitely stay with them again.

As Advertised

Cozy and comfortable. The accommodations were perfect. My only issue was outside of the flat. The flat provides parking for it's occupants, but the parking area also behaves as a passage way from New Bern Ave to E. Edenton for cars and pedestrians. However, that was more of a me issue.

Short Stay in Raleigh

The apartment was located close to the city but be mindful there is a large/open lot at the side of the property which is used as a passthrough for folks in the neighborhood. Just keep your eyes open because we did come back late at night and people were out.

Excellent spot near downtown Raleigh

This was a perfect spot for my trip. Traveled to my home town to deal with some family stuff that required I stay in Raleigh for two weeks. Given the length of stay, I decided to move from a hotel to a rental. This was perfect. Nice living area and very nice kitchen (no dishwasher - fine for me), nice sized bedroom. Bathroom was a bit small. Awesome to have a washer dryer. And parked right next to the front door of the unit (one of three). This is a great neighborhood with a mix of historic homes and infill townhouses. About a ten minute walk to Blount Street restaurants. Only five stairs into the unit, so probably a great spot for families (I’d say a couple with a kid or two) or others who prefer few stairs. The “cut through” mentioned in other posts is a shared driveway between two one way streets. This made it easy to head downtown or out to the Beltway as needed. An extremely nice Publix about a five minute drive away. Really appreciated this spot. I needed a comfortable place given the stress of my trip and this fit the bill. Only thing I didn’t like was the request to purchase an 89 protection plan or put down a 3K deposit. First time I’ve been given that choice through many years of short-term rentals.

Cozy quiet place..

This is a very nice place. I have stayed in the area several times before. But not at this home. Well it does have a nice location foe getting around Raliegh. Place is very clean. Owner is in continous contact with you. If you need early check in or late check out that can be pre arranged. Place has all that you need and more. Definitely will stay here again. Really enjoying stay.

Nice place, good people.

It's a great location. Easy walk downtown. Unfortunately, my buddy had a bum knee and we needed to Uber. However, one morning we were waiting outside and the owner saw us, offered us ride downtown. As if that wasn't awesome enough. He talked us into trying a new place for breakfast and showed how to get around easier. Bonus points indeed. The place was super clean and they even gifted us some snacks. The bed was comfy, as was the couch per my buddy. I can't really say anything bad about it. Might stay there again next year when come back down for Hopscotch.
