Renovated condominium with hardwood floors, kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Full size washer and dryer along with an oversized tub/shower. Living room is furnished with a comfortable full size sofa, love seat and oversized chair. Dining for two at the table located in the living room space. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store.2064742 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too!

Excellent location

This is a great location to stay for NCSU graduation. Close to campus and downtown. And walking distance to The Village District for groceries, retail shops and restaurants.

Adorable

This was an adorable one bedroom condo in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for NC State’s orientation. It was convenient and close to the university & close to some nice restaurants.

Great location!

Stephen and Will were wonderful hosts. All of the amenities were as described and the location was perfect for our stay. My daughter was attending an event at NC State and this place was perfect. I love that there were restaurants and a grocery store near by.

Quiet Condo

This was a great place to stay in Raleigh especially if you're looking to be close to the village district. You could easily walk to the village district in about 10 minutes or so. Unfortunately we had rainy weather so we ended up driving each time. There's a lot of shopping and plenty of good restaurants close by. The condo was very quiet and clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great little get away close to everything

We had a great time staying at this cozy apartment. The host was always available and the property well taken care of. It was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. We look forward to our next stay

Quiet & ideal location

This 2nd floor unit was SO quiet and comfortable and was the perfect size. I loved the location, cleanliness, very comfortable bed & bedding, and lovely kitchen!

Great place near PNC

Location was perfect for concert at PNC and visit to NC State. Short walk to Village where there are great options for food and shopping. Pictures are representative. Clean and comfy.

Clean, well furnished, all utilities in order, close to shopping, resturants and very quiet neighborhood. If available, we'll use same property on our next trip to Raleigh to visit our grandkids.

Fresh, clean, nicely appointed cozy apartment was perfect for our stay in Raleigh for the ACC Track and Field Championships. Close to campus, easy access, super quiet neighborhood. Will definitely return the next time we visit Raleigh.

As advertised...very comfortable and quiet!

I had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the place. It was immaculately clean, updated with the latest appliances and furniture, and the place was very quiet. I didn't hear a peep out of anybody my whole stay, only chirping birds in the morning. Also, the place is located right near (a short east walk) Cameron Village which has excellebt restaurants and shops.

Great Stay

Property was immaculate. Bed and bed linens were very comfortable. Kitchen and entire unit has everything we needed. Great shower and tub. Whole unit is lovely and newly updated, great location… easy walk to Cameron Village. Owner responded to any questions quickly. Highly recommend.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician now working for a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

This was our 1st unit we renovated in the same building that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/contemporary building and both units that we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern to contemporary feel.
