*Please note Construction of the building begins in June 2025. The third floor timeline is estimated to start around 08/11/25 to 11/14/25. They will start construction on the 11th floor. Construction will occur during approved daytime working hours, typically Monday through Friday. Hours will be communicated once approved by contractor. The contractor will use dust barriers, minimize noise where possible, and coordinate staging to reduce
disruption. Safety will remain the top priority. Estimated Completion: Mid-January 2026. Portions of the building exterior will be under construction at different times during the project.

You will find everyday household products such as hand, laundry, dish, and bath soaps, and paper products. Hotel like (not restocked). The kitchen is fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and blender to name a few.

Sterling Shores is a fun, family-friendly, gated community with 24 hour security guard. Covered awning and carts to load and unload. Unit is conveniently located straight across the from the central elevator. Covered community gas grills are provided poolside.
