The Space:

Sterling Shores is under renovations for a beautification project. You may see minor construction.

Book this charming and inviting condo at Sterling Shores Resort and enjoy incredible views of the Gulf from your private patio! The fully equipped kitchen is exactly what you need to prepare something delicious for everyone or you just can simply dine nearby at one of many fantastic local restaurants. Sterling Shores resort features everything you would need on your beach getaway, including lagoon and oasis styled pools and fitness center to stay in shape during your getaway. Enjoy a BBQ poolside by using our community grill area and show off your grilling skills. Not that hungry? Check out the seasonal poolside snack shack to fill up on goodies. Everyone will love their time at Sterling Shores!



WHAT’S NEARBY

Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. If you're looking to fill your fridge or pick up some supplies, Sterling Shores is just down the road from many popular retailers such as Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. Looking to hit the links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club.

Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026.

Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.

Yes, they communicated very well with us and the condo was just as we expected with a fantastic view from the balcony. Loved being so close to the beach. Condo was very clean and we had a great week there!

Clean unit, friendly staff and security. They only place we stay in Destin every year.

Great time in a great place!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is beautiful and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Everything is even more beautiful than what is shown in the pictures. We would love to go back to Destin and stay here again.

Very nice

This property was very nice and clean and the view was amazing! The sofa is a little worn but overall very comfy and nice condo! I would definitely book this room again!

May 2018 Stay

This condo is great. Very short walk to beach and a great restaurant. Really enjoyed the two pools, grilling area and the wait service while on the beach. Only problem had the app did not give code for pool/beach gates and found out on last day that beach set up came with condo.

amazing

we really enjoyed our room, the view and the staff. the only issue we had during our stay was the elevators not working all the time and getting stopped between levels.

We lived our stay at Sterling Shores!

We have stayed at sterling shores for about 7 years and this has been our favorite 2 bedroom so far!! Everything was great. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Just wish there had been a bigger skillet for cooking and a regular coffee pot. We had to use 2 small skillets to cook and bought a coffee pot at Walmart.

Love Sterling Shores. Second time staying here.

Only complaint was that the main pool was not being heated all week. Most of the guests spent time at the small pool by the beach. I heard many guest have issues with this.

Awesome!

We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary and these guys really made us feel special. We received complimentary drink holders while at the beach with our beach chairs and umbrella. Our room was clean, updated, spectacular view of the beach and a VERY short walk to the beach. Pool area was great, the restaurant across the street was delicious and a short walk from us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Hard beds

The only negative I can say about the property is that the beds are very hard.

September 2018 Stay

This was our first stay in Destin and we absolutely loved it! The condo was immaculate and just as it was pictured. The staff here at Sterling Shores keep everything so well kept- we hardly ever saw them but you could tell everything was constantly addressed. The whole place is gorgeous- we will always choose Sterling Shores for our future stays in Destin and have already recommended to friends back home. Thank you for letting us stay- one of our favorite vacations thus far! Also, I can’t imagine there is a more beautiful condo than the one we stayed in.. we are sad to leave it.

Sterling shores is in a great location.

I think the grounds of the property could have been much cleaner. Also, the room i stayed in was okay, it needs an upgrade on living room sofas. Looks very dirty. Everything else is okay. With Covid still being a factor needs to be furniture you can wipe down. The sofas are very worn out the fabric.
