This beautiful home is minutes from historic St Michaels. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered deck. Days can be spent kayaking or crabbing from the dock. An afternoon nap in the waterfront hammock is a must. When not experiencing one of St Michaels many great eateries, give the homes gourmet kitchen a try. Friends and family will never be far as the open floor plan is ideal for entertaining and making memories.

The Space:
Once you arrive at The Kipsy you will instantly appreciate the beauty of our area. Located on a peaceful peninsula on Porters Creek, this home is a true retreat. Wide open floorplan, one floor living and a fabulous outdoor space is all one needs for creating a wonderful vacation experience. A primary waterfront suite over looks the pool and grounds. 2 guest bedrooms offer queen, king and twin bed options. The well appointed kitchen is open to the dining and living areas which is perfect for preparing meals and still being apart of family and friends gathering. A fabulous pool and spa overlook the water. A fire pit will be the perfect evening gathering place for smores and conversation. All within minutes of historical St Michaels!

Peaceful and very quiet. Please respect our neighbors and be respectful as you would in your own homes.
Other Things to Note:
All our homes contain property specific guides to things like WIFI, pool and spa rules, thermostat directions etc..
These guides will be in the kitchen and throughout the home.
A property lease agreement will be required. Talbot county code requires this on all licensed Short term rentals.
Interaction with Guests:
The guest experience is to our main priority and we are available to guests as needed.
We provide a 24 hour contact for all guests while on property. We ask that they contact us between the hours of 8am and 8pm unless it is an emergency and needs immediate attention.
Guests are notified of check in details 48 hours prior to arrival.
Check out instructions are texted within 24 hours of departure.
