Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. There were some issues with the stove (knob controls) but I am sure that the owners will address. Excellent space for a family gathering.

Great girl's getaway!

The property was just what we needed with it's large, well stocked kitchen and separate sleeping spaces. The location was a perfect fall vacation. Close to Elora and the St Jacob's Market.

Great family retreat

Cozy and comfortable log house with great separate sleeping places for privacy. Very child and pet friendly. We had a wonderful family weekend here- enjoyed the hot tub, pizza oven, campfire pit and fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely come back here!

We had such a wonderful weekend staying here with friends! The place had the perfect cozy cabin feel — warm, inviting, and exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for when you're getting away for a relaxing few days. It made the whole trip feel like a true escape.The host was also fantastic. Communication was quick and easy, and any questions we had were answered almost immediately, which made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.Overall, it was the perfect spot for a weekend with friends. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, cabin-style getaway!

Great family get away

Amazing home with enough common space for everyone to gather for meals and to hang out. Neat features throughout including the pizza oven and hot tub which were fun additions. Property manager was very responsive to help set the place up the way we needed. Made for an excellent weekend with the whole family from the great grand parents to the newest addition.

Peace and quiet

Nice quiet property. It was close to Elora & St. Jacob's. The house itself was quite large for us; 7 adults and one dog. Response time for questions was very quick.

Lovely winter escape

Fantastic property in a lovely quiet area. The house accommodated all of us with no issues. We enjoyed a roaring fire and relaxing sitting by it with wine and great conversations. Wonderful dining room table, so unique, and a well stocked kitchen that allowed us to create some memorable meals. Very fast response time to any questions we had, would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Amazing Family-Friendly Home

We had a fantastic weekend getaway with four couples and many kids! The playground and toys were so much fun for the family and kept the group occupied the entire weekend. We were pleased with how responsive and quick the owners were in helping resolve one item in the kitchen and it was very easy to communicate with them. We would definitely recommend for groups. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Nice place

This is a beautiful property. Great for families and extended families. They really cater to babies/toddlers/small children and they loved it! We were surprised that there were no gates at the top of two staircases, especially off the toy room. The main bathroom tub and surround wasn’t very clean and we had to clean up several piles of dog poop in the yard when we got there, so it wouldn’t get stepped in. We thought there could be a little more attention to detail, for the amount it cost us to stay there.

Great place for Family special occasions 👍

We rented this beautiful log cabin style home for my son’s wedding in Elora. No regrets the host Odre & Tim were great and very responsive to our needs. We had family from other provinces coming in and hosted a small event one evening and the hosts made sure their home was all prepped with fireplaces set up and the kitchen ready for us to set up for the family event. They have a beautiful country property very pet friendly our two dogs enjoyed their walks on the country road. Beautiful backyard fully equipped to entertain and lots of parking. I would definitely recommend this property 10 mins from Elora and great for family getaways and special occasions. Thank you again to the hosts for their hospitality and for helping to make our son’s wedding weekend a memorable one !
