The kitchen includes new cabinets, parquet countertops, and a new sink, oven, and fridge, plus a variety of essential accessories and appliances: a full-size Refrigerator/freezer, four-burner gas range, a microwave oven, a blender, and a coffee maker. During warmer months, fire up the gas grill outside and enjoy a cookout.
Just around the corner, there's a remodeled bathroom with a new shower/bath combo and a new sink/vanity. Head outside to the furnished patio to lounge comfortably. Those eager for some outdoor adventures will find plenty to do close by including several trails for hiking and mountain biking as well as Lake Fulmor (10 miles north) and Lake Hemet (eight miles south) for watersports and romantic lakeside picnics. Want something fun to explore? There is a creekside trail that will take you right into town. Or relax by the creek with a provided bench and take in the scenery:)

THINGS TO KNOW
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/New Spirit liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Parking notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicle.

Pets are welcome. There is a $130 pet fee (2 dog max) depending on breed and home; $170 pet fee for bookings between November 1st- January 15th. Stays beyond 3 days, or exceed the 2-dog max, may be subject to additional pet fees.
