Exceptional Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. The home is so clean, modern and cozy. We especially loved the location on the water. 10/10 highly recommend.

Great waterfront property

We really enjoyed the views, the well stocked kitchen and spacious rooms at this property. Our 1 year old slept amazing in the cozy bunk room with provided pack n play - huge bonus!

Wonderful vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect and the home was immaculate and so well stocked. The owners thought of absolutely everything. We would love to come back and stay again.

The house was beautiful -very light and open. The view was wonderful and sitting by the water watching the sunset was delightful. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous updated home with amazing sunsets

The house was absolutely amazing with everything new and recently updated. This is one of the nicer places we have stayed in Door County. Views of the sunsets were amazing!

Beautiful!

Our family stayed for a long weekend - the home is beautiful and exactly as portrayed online. It was super clean. The view was beautiful & we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay again!

Simply Gorgeous!

We enjoyed family time during weekend stay. Fun time having a cookout and enjoying the view as we dined outside, watching the beautiful sunset and having a nightly fire! Plenty of space for our family!

Beautiful Door County Lakeshore

Absolutely loved this property. Beautiful home and a great lake venue. Quiet and peaceful area, yet close enough to the many small towns one would like to go to for dining, shopping and other activities. Definitely a property that we will return to and would strongly recommend to friends and family.

Loved Our Stay

Our family of five (three generations) had a very relaxing and wonderful time staying at this well appointed home. The house has a nice floor plan/lay out, it was EXTREMELY clean and the views are beautiful! The owners were great and very responsive. Thank you for the great memories!

A great stay on the bay!

This is a beautiful property inside and out. The house is well-appointed and comfortable — a great layout for families. We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets and just gazing out over the water (ping pong table in the garage was loads of fun when it rained.) Convenient location — it seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was just a short drive away. Communication with Brenda was great. We loved our stay here!

A sweet little babymoon in WI

This place was exactly as listed, and it was perfect for a quick little baby moon trip! I brought my partner, sister, brother in law and their two children and it perfectly housed us all and comfortably. We would definitely recommend and plan to return to WI at some point. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Loved the view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful, waterfront rental. The scenic view was amazing, the beautifully updated house was stocked with everything we could possibly need and the communication with the host was great. It was a very peaceful and relaxing vacation and we're looking forward to staying here again! Thank you!

Exceeded expectations

The house was clean and comforable. We enjoyed the lovely view of the lake and the open space for making meals and playing games. Will rent this house again for our next trip to Door County.

True Getaway

This home welcomed and renewed from the moment we stepped in. Perfectly situated in the bay close enough to shopping yet far enough to bypass the village busyness. Extra touches throughout, highest quality bedding, towels and utensils, all made our weekend that much more enjoyable and stress free. Thank you for a wonderful stay as we look forward to a return soon!

Perfect Getaway

Right on the water of Green Bay. Close to the harbor towns, wineries, golfing, hiking & shopping. The home was newly renovated & very relaxing. Our host Brenda was responsive and clear with all communication. A perfect getaway for us. Next time, our stay will be longer. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at the house—great for a family or small group stay. Location between little towns is convenient, good outdoor waterfront seating, and excellent kitchen facilities for cooking and dining. Our only critique is that the listing stated two queen beds and one king; however, there was a double bed in place of a queen. Otherwise, we recommend.

Bay Shore Drive Stay

Beautiful property! Recently updated with great furnishings. Relaxing outdoor space with close proximity to many Door County attractions. Only reason not 5 star-rated was blinds not fully installed in bedroom #2 and grill not working until our last night staying. Property owner very informative and quick to communicate.

Dear Nicole, We are glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay as one of our first guests at Sunset Rocks! Unfortunately, we had a couple of delivery errors including the wrong size of the blinds for a window in that second bedroom and the connector for the gas grill. Thankfully we were able to have the correct connector for the new Weber Grill shipped and installed in time for your third night. Unfortunately, the correct size blinds for one of the windows in the second bedroom did not arrive in time for your stay. Our guests can be assured that all windows in all three bedrooms now have proper sized window coverings.

Great waterfront property

The house was wonderful and fit our 3 generation family perfectly! Having all the bedrooms on one floor made it easier for the grandparents, and the kids room with the bunk beds was a great set up. The views of the water were gorgeous. Amenities were great and as advertised. Area is a bit more isolated than I am used to when staying in Door County, but gave us a chance to explore other parts of the peninsula. Would definitely recommend it as a waterfront property for those looking for a quiet retreat!

Peaceful and tranquil getaway!

Private, peaceful and restorative property, located 10 minutes outside of Sturgeon Bay. Fall asleep to the sound of waves on the shore, and enjoy breezes on the beach, deck or patio area and enjoy watching the boats and birds around a shore campfire. Home is newly updated and laid out to enjoy visiting, meals, or game time with family. Kitchen is well appointed and open to all of the main living area. Wi-fi works well. Views cannot be beat.

Wonderful property with fabulous views of the sunsets over the water while pelicans float by and cranes wander the rocky shore.Very quiet property location and neighbors. Having grown up with lake houses on the bay side, this property uniquely enjoyed very little boat traffic. The boats coming from sturgeon bay tend to head south and the boats from egg harbor head north leaving a very tranquil bay experience at the property.Everything was very clean, organized, fully stocked, and convenient.We canceled a dinner reservation our last night just to enjoy another night in at the property with the sunset.
