The house is beautiful and could not be in a better location right on the water next to Cave Point. It is well appointed and accommodating. The host was fantastic, super responsive and really helpful in providing information about the house and activities in the area. Overall, five stars.

Just finished a short but lovely stay. Loved the steady sound of waves and otherwise very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend the Cave Point to Whitefish Dunes trail along Lake Michigan. Gorgeous! And relatively easy as trails go. There appears to be a longer loop I wish we’d had time for. House was just as advertised, and all the amenities we needed and more. Super clean, easy, really enjoyed it. Wish we’d had at least one more night!

LOVED this home! Janet was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. It was exactly as described, but in my opinion, better! The lake is just steps away! It is so close to beautiful Cave Point Park - maybe a 10 min hike right off the property. Our whole family kept saying how nice it was! We brought our own wood, which worked well, but they have some on site you can buy for convinience. We had fires both in the fire pit outside as well as the lovely fireplace inside (be sure to read the directions - we have had wood fireplaces in several homes we have owned but this one is differet). We had no issues, but the directions were helpful! We all slept great! Awesome property and we highly recommend!

This home is stunning! It is clean, full of light and right on the water. The kitchen was fully stocked with all manner of amenities and had very thoughtful details included such as some condiments and spices. We were a party of 6 and a pooch and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owner/ property manager were incredibly helpful, responsive and informative. We would absolutely stay here again!

we had a wonderful time at the lake house!! Beautiful view, nice and cozy, warm, everything we needed in the kitchen. Super friendly host, and if we had forgotten something it would have been there. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit!! Thanks!!!

Peaceful Winter Getaway

Great location - quick walk to Cave Point and the house is beautiful. Great views of the lake and plenty of room for all 7 of us.

Perfect for a Quiet Getaway

This home was the perfect secluded spot for our anniversary getaway. It has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing, recharging, and making great memories. Our stay was awesome!

All around impressive

Beautiful spot, even in not so great weather! Well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to hang together or relax solo. Loved our stay!

Family Vacation

This property was the perfect place for our family getaway. We especially enjoyed the location which was right on the lake, and the beautiful home and open concept kitchen that was great to cook in. Very clean and quiet. We hope to return next year!

Loved the house and Janet was wonderful. She texted me when we had arrived to make sure everything was in order. When we needed anything we could text or call. Will stay again!

First vacation to Door Co.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful home with spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Our host was great to work with and everything in the house was top notch. We really enjoyed the detailed book put together by her to help us plan our activities throughout the week. Will be returning!
