We had an excellent stay at this lovely cottage. The house was very clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed our time on the beach, hunting for shells and fossils.

The house was adorable, clean, and well stocked. The location is great- it is within 15min to any shopping you might need. The Calvert marine museum was a great stop as was Flag Ponds. The only thing I did not realize, which was no one’s fault but my own, is that this part of the bay is LOADED with jellyfish for July and August. The first three days we could not even stick our toes in the water because the jellyfish were right up to the sand. The last two days the jellies were gone but everyone was too nervous to go in past our ankles. We still found lots to do and loved hunting for shark teeth!

Excellent, quiet stay

An amazing home with just about everything you need. Well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture allowed us to relax in the AC! Pingpong downstairs was a great time with the kids too! Great community and easily accessible beach! Our host was attentive and very informative for the area! We would stay here again no questions asked!

Comfortable stay, feels like home

Property was very comfortable. Communication was top notch. Property was in a quiet, but friendly, neighborhood. Easy walking access to private beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family beach getaway

My family and I stayed for a long weekend at High Tide Tranquility. It was absolutely perfect! The space was clean, modern, and comfortable. The house had everything we needed for a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach. We also brought our bikes and road around the quiet community streets. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I have already recommended it to my friends and family.

Lovely stay

We had a great time at this property and were able to celebrate a family birthday in beach style. Dawn was an absolute pleasure to communicate with, and the home was exactly as anticipated. Be prepared to walk for your fossils, but the best things in life deserve a little effort. ;-)

Just what we needed!!

Thank you Dawn!! She helped out after a double booking for another property. She was super accommodating to a last minute booking! The house is fantastic, it couldn’t have been more perfect for my husband and I, and a friend. It was located close to both Prince Frederick and Solomon’s Island. The beach access was great! We found a few teeth. Thank you for such a nice stay!!

Great family getaway!

TL;DR this place is great for families. The long version: my spouse and I, our 3 year old, and my mother booked a winter fossil hunting vacation and the house couldn’t have been better for us. There’s a primary bedroom with full bath on the main level and two bedrooms with a full bath on the lower level. This setup allowed us to have some space and my son to have plenty of room to run around and play. The house felt spacious for our group of 4. The kitchen is stocked with equipment and we cooked most nights. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet; we took walks most days both to the beach and around the neighborhood. The house is close to all kinds of activities. 10/10 would stay again!

Cozy house within a short walk to the beach. It has all the cooking appliances that are needed to cook a meal.The kids loved playing in the beach. It was not crowded and had plenty of shark’s teeth. The owner responds quickly. We had a wonderful experience.
