Come enjoy the serenity of the Chesapeake Bay at Western Shore. Enjoy the beauty of Southern MD. Listen to the waves and wind. Enjoy the colorful sunsets and picturesque sunrises from the comfort of your bed. Enjoy a large 4-season sunroom. Enjoy bald eagles and wild lives. Grill a sunset meal. Whether passing thru or for some R&R, be surprised. The home is on the cliff with a fairly unobstructed view of the vase expanse of the Bay. Walk 5 mins down the street to the community entrance and enjoy ~2 miles of private beach (depending on tide). Sift for fossil shark tooth. The beaches are on the right side of the entrance. There is plenty of privacy and quiet.
Enjoy the seasons, the storms, and the seasonal wildlife: Bald Eagles (year round), Osprey (Apr-Sept), Skates-rays (May), JellyFish (not so fun-Jul-Aug), and Swans (Jan).

We had an amazing stay! From sunrises over the Bay, to fossil hunting on the beach, to watching bald eagles, hawks and ospreys glide over us, what a fantastic property!

This place is just what I needed, so peaceful with a gorgeous view! Every detail for convenience and comfort have been seen to. I need to book a longer stay next time!! Excellent home away from home!

We had a great stay. Really enjoyed the 3 season room (although it could get hot in the summer). The kitchen had plenty of supplies and basic ingredients. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. Easy walk to the beach.

I had a wonderful, relaxing week here by the Bay! I didn't want to leave. The view from the house is breath-taking. I enjoyed daily walks along the beach, just a short walk down the hill from the house. Some mornings, I had the whole beach to myself. House was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen is very nice, and there were lots of little thoughtful extras. Beautiful plants everywhere, both indoor and out. There are several farm markets nearby - I enjoyed crab cakes, fresh fish and local fresh produce. Close to several parks, nature walks, a sculpture garden and of course, the Cliffs. I had plenty to do. Big thank you to the host for making me feel at home!

Nice home with amazing views and very convenient to Prince Frederick, Calvert Cliffs and Solomon’s. We stayed here over July 4th weekend when it was triple-digit hot and had a few issues with the a/c, but the host went above and beyond to try to rectify the situation. Would definitely stay here again when it was cooler and we could actually enjoy the outdoors. Only issue for us otherwise was the lack of curtains or blinds on the main floor to deal with the eastern sun for a good portion of the day. And not great for small children that get into things.

Michael was an amazing host, very responsive and his home had everything you could want or need to have a wonderful stay, which we did! The kitchen was outfitted with all the essentials needed to cook your own meals, going above and beyond with extra touches everywhere. The living spaces and bathrooms were equally as well outfitted, everything worked perfectly. The entire house was super clean and well well-maintained. The view is beyond words and we can’t wait to come back in the fall! Thank you, Michael!
