This property offers not only a prime location within a 5 minute walk to the beach and charming town but also comes complete with a 6 seater golf cart (additional fee applies), making exploration a breeze. The Yellow Lotus townhome invites you to immerse yourself in the charm and sun-soaked relaxation of an Emerald Coast getaway!
As you enter, you will discover a fully equipped kitchen for you to whip up a seaside feast. A dining room spacious enough for 6-8 people and a cozy living space adorned with vibrant patterns, natural textures, and an abundance of plants that create an oasis of tranquility equipped with a smart TV and sleeper sofa. A convenient half-bathroom and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer are located on the main. The primary bedroom located on the top floor is truly a restful retreat with a king size bed, dresser, and smart TV. The master bath features a double vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom also located on the top floor, features two queen beds attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. For beach lovers, Spooky Ln., beach access is a 5 minute stroll, tucked away from the more popular spots due to no parking. There is a storage unit located on the bottom floor of the carport with beach gear, chairs, and toys for our guests to enjoy.
For those seeking active fun, our property boasts of 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, sand volleyball court and tennis court.
