Nestled in the brand new 30A Townhomes community, Crew Rest offers resort accommodations for up to 9 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

This brand new town-home boast a 6-Seater Golf Cart in a one car garage to cruise around 30A with!  Conveniently located directly on Scenic Highway 30A in popular Seagrove Beach, Crew Rest is a beautiful two-story residence with over 1,500 square feet, three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms.

The first story includes a comfy coastal-themed foyer and two guest rooms and a bunk-nook. A spacious open-concept living and dining area leading to a large covered balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and an additional master suite are located on the second story.

Located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, 30A Townhomes is a low rise, five-building luxury townhome development with only 26 planned residences.  A community swimming pool with outdoor shower is the perfect place to gather and relish the Northwest Florida sunshine. Beach and dune lake access is minutes away along with shopping, dining and recreation all located conveniently nearby!

Nearby Restaurants: Local nearby restaurants include Steamboat Grill 30A, Old Florida Fish House, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Cafe 30A, Cowgirl Kitchen, and the Seagrove Village Market.

Guest Access:
30A Townhome HOAParking Rules:
No parking on the streets. Use garages or driveways.
Pool/Mail Kiosk Parking: 5-minute pick-up/drop-off only.
Overflow Parking: Nine spots at Southern Self Storage (notify their office in
advance).
Golf Carts: Must be parked in garages or driveways. Drivers must be 16+ years old.
Prohibited Vehicles
No trailers, campers, boats, oversized vehicles, or watercraft may be stored or
parked in the community.

30A Townhome Community Pool Rules:
Open from 8:00 a.m. to dusk. No night swimming.
Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult.
No glass containers in the pool area.
Keep the gate closed.

Other Things to Note:
LSV/Golf Cart: 6-Seater Golf Cart provided to the Guest. Rental policy applies to each reservation.

Age Requirement: Please note our age requirement policy for March/April: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Two Night Reservations: Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two-night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the property.

Promotions, Rates, Availability, Closures, Construction, and Cancellations:
Promotions may change, be cancelled, and dates may be blacked out at BeachWalk's sole discretion and without notice.
Rates, availability, and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
Please check Walton/Okaloosa County local news outlets for up-to-date information on closures or construction that may affect your vacation. BeachWalk is not responsible for any disruptions caused by nearby construction or closures of community amenities, such as pools or other shared facilities, as these are managed by the respective Homeowners' Associations and may impact your overall experience. Rental Agreement applies to all reservations.
Cancellation or changes to the dates of stay within a certain period prior to check-in may result in forfeiture of payment, associated fees (up to $200), and/or additional charges, depending on the timing of the request.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking in any form (e.g., cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) is not permitted. Violating this policy will incur an additional $500 charge, plus the cost of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Exterior Surveillance Noticer: For the security of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are in place. These may include, but are not limited to, a front doorbell camera, driveway camera, cameras monitoring balconies, and a camera overseeing the pool area (if applicable). These devices are positioned to ensure safety while respecting guest privacy.

Starter Amenity Packs: At Beachwalk Vacations, we provide essential items for our guests to use until they can stock up at the store. In the kitchen, you'll find dishwashing soap, two dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. For the bathrooms, we supply two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, along with basic amenities such as shampoo and a soap bar (similar to hotel-style, but not restocked during your stay). We also provide professionally laundered bed linens and towels with your reservation. For your convenience, we recommend bringing your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Girls weekend

We had a lovely time! We enjoyed the golf cart and close proximity to the new plaza with coffee, Mexican food, shopping, etc! The townhouse was quiet and very clean. Loved it!

Rocky Start

Our stay at the townhouse had its ups and downs, but unfortunately, the downs outweighed the ups. Upon arrival, we were met with disappointment as the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. It was evident that the property had not been cleaned from the guests who were previously there. We had to wait for hours, feeling tired and cranky until the property manager finally sent a cleaning lady. While she did her best, her quick cleaning left us uncertain about the true cleanliness of the house. To add to our frustration, someone from the property office exhibited rude and obnoxious behavior, dismissing our concerns about the cleanliness. Their dismissive attitude only added to our dissatisfaction, as they even went as far as to suggest that complaining wouldn't make any difference. Then we also had issues with the dishwasher, its malfunction was a significant inconvenience throughout our stay. Instead of promptly fixing it, the management's solution was to provide paper plates and cups on the last day, which felt more like a band-aid fix rather than addressing the issue. Despite the rocky start and the ongoing problems, there were some positive aspects to our stay. The townhouse itself was nice and comfortably accommodated both of our families. Additionally, the location was convenient and allowed us to explore the area with ease.

Great Weekend Away

This property was clean, well stocked, plenty of linens and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay! It was a really nice set up with two king bedrooms and 5 twin beds (bunk beds and trundle). We had some minor things come up but it did not disrupt our stay. My only suggestion is putting a lock on main door that we could lock from inside and not be reliant on the lock with code. Maybe a top lock!? It did feel like a safe area and golf cart was very convenient!

Beautiful townhome!

The pictures do not do this home justice- it is very large and beautifully decorated. The golf cart is key to the stay as it would have been a long haul to the beach with all of our gear. Everything was like new. As previous reviews noted the garage door opener/key pad is not functioning and the dish detergent flap is broken in dishwasher. These minor items should be addressed and give people a heads up. Management was responsive to our requests. Loved having the bikes included as well. Did not use pool it was in full sun with no umbrellas or chair cushions. That space could definitely be spruced up with landscaping, too. Beds comfortable with lovely linens. Plenty of bath towels provided. Would recommend this wonderful home!

Convenient beach townhouse

We (two small families) stayed in this townhouse for a few days and overall it was nice. Very nice to have a golf cart to get to the beach as it is more than we could’ve walked with kids and all of the beach gear. It was pretty clean for the most part and spacious. It seemed like lots of little things were broken (hair dryer, dishwasher detergent flap, garage door opener) so there were some inconveniences. We also had refrigerator issues upon check in. You definitely do not have a lot of staples left at the house so keep that in mind (ex. Cooking utensils, paper towels). It was a great location to get to everything. Pool was not bad, nothing fancy but it worked. Loved the big front porch. The back patio is only accessible through the downstairs bedroom so that was a bit bothersome also. We definitely enjoyed our stay and time at the beach.

The best trip!

Very well- maintained property with everything you would ever need! Very nice furnishings! Kids room/bunk room is ADORABLE!!! Golf cart is a huge bonus! Great central location on 30a. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a great trip. Will be back!

You won’t be disappointed!

We loved this townhome! It was just me and my two, young adult, children. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The golf cart was a HUGE bonus and made getting to the beach easy. We REALLY appreciated that there were beach chairs available for us to use. The outdoor, covered patio was a nice place to sit and relax. We had a great stay and thank you to the owners for sharing it with us. 😃

30A is always great

Overall great. The golf cart makes it fun to roam 30A! Overall good property. Needs a bit of love but we had a nice time. Property mgr doesn’t respond through VRBO app and our code locked us out at 7am checkout day but we were all packed up to go anyway so not a big deal-I just didn’t get back in to let trash out. Prop mgr great communication through their app though. I’d stay again. Beach access you have to consider options other than just closest one. During peak season I’d prob recommend biking to the beach because parking can be limited for cars/carts. Units are quiet—didn’t hear neighbors at all

Birthdays!

Stayed at this sweet little beach condo for our daughter’s birthday. Everything was perfect; it was clean, decorated perfectly and all of the beds were comfortable. All appliances worked, the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed and it was close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. We would love to return!
