The property was well equipped and in decent condition. Very quiet and slept well here. The owner or agent was very responsive. I enjoyed my stay here. While the apartment itself was just fine, the VRBO experience was pretty awful.

Overall, this was a good decision to stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was reasonably clean. The kitchen had most of what we needed, and the host was responsive to providing coffee and coffee filters. The proximity to Coconut Grove makes this a wonderful place to stay especially when you don't want to walk in the heat. The pool is a wonderful amenity and the workout room is good, although a little warm and could use some ventilation. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and the view from the 19th floor was incredible! The parking garage is a bit tight, like most in Miami, so maneuvering a large vehicle could be tricky—but otherwise it was easy and convenient to get in and out. The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps from all the shops and restaurants in Coconut Grove. Communication with the host was smooth and stress-free; was very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Miami.

Better than the photos

Extremely clean, great location and a responsive host. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was completely stocked with high quality items. Look forward to booking again.

It's a Haven Retreat in the Grove

We will miss the view from the living space / balcony on the 19th floor! Having the spacious bedroom and living space was great for our 8 day stay. It is quite and comfortable. Next time we come to Coconut Grove we will book the Haven!

Coconut Grove!

Very nice 19th floor Apt. It is well appointed and located. Like Mike is fantastic. The Montreux Jazz Festival Miami was a blast. The Gifford St Art Festival was fun. Santi is a great host. We will visit again.

One of our best Vrbo experiences

Five stars all around to our hosts. Check in and parking were easy. The property was spotless. The view from the balcony of this unit is spectacular! The kitchen has every appliance one might need. Special thanks for having an electric hot water kettle for us tea drinkers because many units do not. Very modern and comfortably appointed. Perfect space for a nice couple's getaway. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within a short block. Nice park across the street. Just a short drive to a variety of Miami attractions. If we visit Miami again this unit is definitely our first choice for a place to stay.

We stayed in a Stayplus-managed condo in Coconut Grove in early March. The unit itself was exactly as advertised—the view, location, and overall condition were all excellent, although the sofas and loveseats were not comfortable at all. Unfortunately, our experience with Stayplus as a management company was inconsistent and, at times, frustrating.At check-in, communication of an impending access code was a waste of time since there wasn't one, which added unnecessary stress at arrival. Prior to the stay, we received nonfunctioning links through VRBO with parking fees that increased post-booking and to get the original rate, we were asked to pay off platform, which made us uncomfortable. We also asked about specific kitchen items to plan our meals accordingly. We were initially led to believe they would check once the unit turned over on March 1, but after multiple follow-ups they ultimately declined and told us to bring what we needed. That wasn't an option since we were flying and the back-and-forth implied willingness to assist, which was misleading. During the stay, communication remained uneven, including a late request for guest information hours after check-in that did not appear necessary. After checkout, we were sent a promotion to book directly through their website, but the link provided led to a non-functioning page. While the property itself was very good, the management experience was not reliable, and I would be hesitant to book through Stayplus again.
