The condo was great. We had plenty of room, and it was close to the pool and beach without having to access an elevator. We weren't ocean front, but that's OK, because we set up our beach umbrella and spent most of our waking hours on the beach, or poolside. The condo has good security, to keep non-residents out. The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were beach towels and beach chairs, and beach toys. We had a very restful and wonderful stay.

The condo is beautiful and spacious. It is on the side of the building, so not a direct view of the ocean/beach BUT still a good view. Loved the 1st floor and garage parking as well. The place had everything we needed from towels to kitchen supplies. The furnishings and decor were beautiful and comfortable. I will DEFINITELY rent again!

We asked the building but they said the hot tub was operable and hot during your entire stay. We were sold out of our 15 properties in this complex over your dates and no one else mentioned the hot tub not being hot so perhaps a personal preference.

There wasn’t a lot of beach view from our condo. You have to go onto the patio to see the ocean. The patio was really big though with lots of seating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Security was exceptional. Pool was clean and had lots of beach chairs. The condo has a couple beach chairs and several beach towels for renters use. It was one of the best lodgings I’ve ever been to.

There is an oceanfront view but naturally, being on the ground level it's less than othe floors. On the other hand, you have the great benefit of having a private patio right off the pool deck with a private pool entrance so it just depends what interests you the most! :)

Spacious condo, good location

We really enjoyed the condo. A bit disappointed that there wasnt a better beach view but for the rate, that was easy to overlook. Overall, a good trip.

We note that it is just a garden view, even though you can actually see a bit of the beach but we just don't want to mislead anyone. It unfortunate that you have chosen to negatively review our property because you did not review the photos and descriptions.

We loved staying in this first level condo! Every room was spacious and clean. Proximity to the pool, elevators, and trash chute were all super helpful. Having a master closet so large that you could fit a pack and play with plenty of surrounding room was a huge benefit for us! Only thing to note was that the keys and parking passes are not picked up at the Opus Condominium but need to be picked up from the realty office a few miles down the road. This was all clearly written in our check in instructions, I just did not realize there was a different pickup vs property address until I arrived at Opus Condominiums. Just noting for future guests to read thoroughly!

Loved pretty much everything about this property- the size, the location, the fact that it was on the bottom floor with easy access to the beach. Furnishings were nice and clean, extra blankets were sooo appreciated as we like to lounge around after being at the beach all day and the AC and ceiling fans made us cold! There were plenty of towels AND beach towels for us all and I only had to wash them once in our week long stay. This was the perfect place for our family of 6 and we will definitely be back!

Everything was wonderful. Comfy beds, plenty of kitchen appliances ie. Toaster, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, keurig etc. Lots of pots and pans, utensils etc. Large refrigerator/freezer. Great lighting everywhere. 10/10 will definitely book here again.
