Rates have been reduced by 50% for the Summer and Fall 2026 to compensate for the lack of balcony access and the likelihood of a lot of noise Monday-Friday 8am-4pm from the balcony replacement project. All other amenities will be accessible. Come relax in this well-maintained, modern home-away-from-home. Enjoy free resort-style amenities such as an oceanside, on-site heated pool, dry sauna, and fitness room. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of space and oceanviews from both bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This recently renovated condo boasts luxury vinyl planks in the master bedroom and tile floors throughout the remainder of the home with lots of glass allowing natural light to brighten your living space. The main living/dining area adjoins the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. Park in the free, cool, underground parking garage.

My family and I had and amazing time! We enjoyed every bit of our stay! Michelle was amazing kept us up to date on everything! The beach and pool was amazing! Everything was just like the pictures advertised. We will definitely stay again!

Situated in a nice location in Daytona Beach Shores, the property had underground/covered parking. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with just about anything you might need. Views of the beach and ocean were perfect from both bedrooms as well as the living area. The kitchen was furnished with items you might need as well as a selection of appliances. The condo was quiet and secure with a beautiful pool and plenty of chairs. Michelle was the perfect host, made sure we knew she was available if anything came up and we needed help, and she was easy to communicate with. Hope to stay there again!

Beautiful, well appointed two bedroom condo on the beach. While we were unable to take much advantage of the beach the access is easy and the beach is beautiful. Chairs and towels and toys were available. Parking inside was especially convenient when the rain poured. The host was quick to respond to any questions and great with directions on how to check in. Highly recommend!

Our condo was perfect in every way!

Our condo was absolutely beautiful, the beds were all super nice and the kitchen had all the basic amenities that we could possibly need! The view was incredible from the balcony and from the master bedroom.

Although I'm new to short-term rentals, I have been in the rental market for over 20 years. I fell in love with the Daytona Beach area as a little girl and that love has not gone away. I have raised four children, who have blessed me with nine grandchildren, who all love then beach as well. As I'm nearing retirement, I sold some of my other rental property to purchase my dream vacation property. I chose this property as my home away from home so that my family has an amazing place to visit.

This home has beautiful oceanviews from all of the main rooms in the home. When on the large, private balcony, you hear and see the waves crashing. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony or take a few steps to enjoy a walk along the beach as the sun breaks the horizon. At night, relax on your private balcony with your favorite meal or beverage while the sun sets behind the Halifax River.
