A lovely large open space condo unit. The listing is to sleep 8 -I'd go with 6. You won't be disappointed.

Place was as described. Clean and spacious with enough room for the four of us. Had a mixed group so the rooms and beds worked out great with each room having a bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all we could need. Only thing missing was dishwashing soap for handwashing and laundry detergent. You may want to bring soap and shampoo for bathing as the stuff provided was not the best. It was hot as blazes in LB and the AC worked great. There is a closet outside the front door with toms of stuff for the beach, golf, pickleball and other stuff to enjoy. We did not use it but appreciated that it was available. The grounds are well kept and the beach access can’t be beat. Two nice pools that were very clean though the water this time of year is pretty warm. The only downside is that the hotel on the same grounds that has bars and restaurants closed for the season the day after we got there. We were looking forward to using the hotel’s bars and restaurants. Wish we would have been told that in advance. It worked out but would have been nice to have known. Restaurants in town are an easy walk as is the small grocery store. Anything we did not pick up in Cabo we could easily get there. Especially beer. We met the care taker and he was great and offered us help next time booking fishing trips as our boat we booked was not the best. If coming down in mid to late august be aware a lot of the town shuts down tween seasons. Would stay again.

The crew had a great time. Much larger then it appears in pictures. Downside AC did not work, and the hot tub was broken.

The location and ocean view were great. Those were the positives. The negatives were the air conditioner does not work so it gets too warm in the unit, especially for sleeping. There was also a plumbing issue in the guest bathroom that caused horrible smells.

Villa's de Cortez
This place was exceptional, the view the location, the amenities at the resort. We were there for a family wedding they were above us.Couldn't ask for a better time!

Amazing place with incredible views
We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! The views from every room were breathtaking, very peaceful and quiet. Quick walk into town for shops and some great restaurants.
We didn’t partake in the water sports but watching provided hours of entertainment
The home was perfect and lots of room for family and friends - we will be back

Great winter getaway
The moonrise and sunrise views were spectacular. The condo was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed afternoon tea and reading on the giant balcony and watching the kite surfers. Los Barriles has an abundance of great restaurants and very reasonable prices. We highly recommend Casa de la Luna.

Our Family of 5 adults had a wonderful time. Process was flawless and the villa was perfect - roomy, modern, fully stocked and great location with view of Sea of Cortez. The Bay View grill on the property was a great place for lunch and Dinner.

Winter vacation
The villa was everything we thought it would be except the washer dryer was broken that was a bummer .

The best place on the Sea of Cortez
Everything was great. Beautiful views, restaurants downstairs. Elevator. Great AC. Fully stocks. Pools and pool bars. White sand beach and clear water. Best fishing in Mexico

They reside in Victoria, British Columbia, their daughters in Napa and San Diego California. The West Coast of North America is fully appreciated by our family.
