Family Vacation

Great spot! House was clean and packed with everything we needed. Communication with property manager was efficient when we needed a few items we had requested.

Excellent house for friends Good email communication with managers Bunk beds should be replaced by 2 single beds Recommended and I would stay again

Great location for our golf group. House was clean. Should be able to turn ac down lower than 70 though.

This home is beautiful, clean and well stocked! The house looks just like the pictures. The only bedroom that has a dresser is the master bedroom, hard to unpack in the other bedrooms.We had great communication with the property manager until the day before Thanksgiving. The garage disposal kept backing up so we called them that morning and they said they would send someone out. No one ever came, so we went out and bought an auger and fixed it ourselves. The location cannot be beat, it’s close to everything you could possibly want.

It is a very nice house, but with some issues. First of all, we paid an extra fee to have the pool heated. It was not heated; the controller showed that it was not on(I didn't think I should touch it in case it was off for a reason) and the pool water was very, very cold. Next issue is the broken kitchen faucet which was not replaced during our stay, despite reporting it multiple times on the first and second day of our visit. The third issue is the lag for warm water to reach the faucets and showers. We thought that there was no hot water; I timed it at over 3.5 minutes for warm water to reach the faucet, and the water never really gets hot. After you warm it up, then turn it off, couple minutes later cold again, same warm up timing. So lots of wasted water, and lots of waiting around. If we had been told that this was an issue, we at least could have known that there actually was warm water; we didn't shower for two days until a plumber explained what the problem was.We expect to have the charges for the pool heating reimbursed, and to be compensated for the inconvenience and aggravation of the broken kitchen faucet and the poor communications from the management company in trying to get all of these issues addressed.

We understand how inconvenient it must have been dealing with the faucet and the delay in getting warm water to the showers. Our team did have a plumber out to the home to look into the hot water concerns, and those items have since been addressed. We also reviewed the pool heating concern and refunded the pool heating fee after it did not reach a comfortable temperature during your visit. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Scottsdale.

First experience

We were in town for a family wedding and debated getting a hotel vs a house. I have never stayed at a house before so I was skeptical especially because I’m a clean person and needed a place that was immaculate. My husband convinced me since we were a group of 9 so we could all be together. I’m so glad he did. This house was amazing! Exactly as pictured and as described. Above all, it was super clean! I loved the master bathroom! The furniture, the decor, the updated kitchen, floors everything looked new and was just perfect. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. It had everything we needed and communication with the managing team was seamless. Check in and out was easy.. A couple of suggestions for the team: Bunk room was downstairs away from the 4 other bedroom upstairs so my young one didn’t want to sleep there. Also it needs blinds and a fan. Due to these, the room didn’t get used at all. Ping pong table in the garage was too hot to play.There was no keurig, steamer and weighing scale. The traditional coffee pot was fine tho. Since we came for a wedding, we could have used a steamer for the suits and we also needed to weigh our luggage at the end of the trip. These were just little things which didn’t hinder our experience but did want to mention for future guests. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood with stores nearby, it was fully equipped and had tons of fun things for us to do. Will definitely recommend and stay here again!
