Beautiful home and it’s in a quiet nice neighborhood. It’s surrounded by many stores! House was well equipped with towels for the pool and shower, kitchen to make food and some bathroom stuff. Bedrooms were quite nice. However, the house needs TLC. The house had some stains on the carpet, trash was left behind outside the house and rugs were rolled up and bunched up under the couches and beds. Communication with the host was not the greatest for me.

A Wonderful Home and Host

The property is a great house situated in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to shopping and amenities (and the Mayo Clinic, if that's an applicable reason for visiting). If there was any complaint I had, it would be that the house was a touch on the warmer side, but hey, it's Scottsdale in the summer, that isn't a very applicable complaint. Plenty of space and attentive cleanliness makes it all the better. Communication with the host was extremely easy and friendly, and checking in was a piece of cake. Purified drinking water as well! I had an issue with water temperature as it relates to the shower, but I'm also an idiot, so your own mileage may vary with that experience.

December Golf Trip

The property is nice, very clean and adequately stocked. Where we had problems is specifically with the property management. Despite requesting the pool/spa be heated for the duration of are stay when we made the booking weeks before our stay, (additional daily fee applies even though heated pool is in the listing title) it was not heated. We immediately contacted the manager and were in informed we needed to pay the pool heat fee which we did. Long story short the pool/spa was never heated for the duration of the trip and the communication from management is awful, in fact the phone number provided is not in service. In summary it’s a nice house but the management leaves a lot of room for improvement. Given all the options for rentals in this area I would look elsewhere.

To clarify, pool and spa heat is never automatically included and is clearly listed as an optional add-on in both the listing description and the booking confirmation. You reached out after check-in regarding the heat, and we explained the daily fee and activation timeline, which typically requires 48-72 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, the request came too late for it to be fully effective during your short stay. As for communication, we responded to your messages promptly. The phone number listed is valid and actively used by our team—many guests contact us through it regularly without issue. We appreciate your feedback and are confident future guests who follow the heating instructions and communicate early will continue to have a great experience at the property.
