Welcome to Benton Place, a stylish 3BR/2BA home in central Tucson, designed for relaxing between desert adventures. Enjoy thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, covered porches, in-home laundry, a private dipping pool open May–August, and a seasonal hot tub available October–April. Centrally located near the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, dining, shopping, and hiking. An ideal home base for family getaways, U of A visits, work trips, or a sunny Tucson escape.

House was in a great location - close to stores and restaurants and an easy drive to National Park and museums. The host has thought of everything - the house is both cozy and comfortable, inside and outside. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking!

Very cute, super relaxing

David has gone above and beyond to design a really special home. It feels so comfortable and was a really relaxing weekend. The hot tub is beyond. He was incredibly responsive with communication, friendly, and kind. This is a really great spot for a self-cation or weekend retreat with friends. Highly recommend!

Well curated house highlighting the best of Tucson!

We came for the gem show, but wish I stayed longer to get to know the area. David’s house was beautifully designed and curated to highlight the best things about Tucson. Every aspect was user friendly, from the manual to accessing the house. David was also so communicative and I hardly had to wait for a response. Also great proximity to shops and easy access to the downtown area. Clean house, curated beautifully, and overall well kept.

I’m a photographer, interior designer, and longtime small business owner based in Denver, Colorado. I studied art and photography at the University of New Mexico, which is also where my love for the Southwest really took hold.

My husband Eddy and I live in Denver, but Tucson has become a very special place for us. I love the desert landscape, the architecture, the color, and the wonderfully relaxed pace of life here. Benton Place has been a chance for me to combine my love of interiors, photography, travel, and hospitality into a home that feels personal rather than simply furnished for guests.

Interior design is my passion, photography is my career, and the desert has my heart. I’m so happy to share our Tucson home with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Benton Place is in a central Tucson residential neighborhood that makes it easy to explore different parts of the city. We love having a quiet place to come home to while still being a short drive from restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, and many of the places we enjoy around town.

This isn’t a neighborhood where we’d recommend relying on walking for your entire stay, so having a car is ideal. What we love most is the balance: a comfortable residential setting with easy access to the rest of Tucson.

Benton Place is a thoughtfully designed Tucson home with the comfort and personality of a real residence, not a generic vacation rental. Located on a corner lot in the Garden District, the home has a little extra breathing room while still being centrally located for exploring the city.

Inside, you’ll find a collected mix of vintage pieces, original art, warm color, and Southwest influences. We’ve designed the house to feel comfortable, personal, and lived-in, with plenty of room to settle in and make yourself at home. Outside, the private yard gives you another place to relax and enjoy Tucson’s sunshine.

What we love most about Benton Place is that it feels tucked into a residential neighborhood while keeping you within an easy drive of so much of Tucson.
