As 4th generation natives of Flagstaff, we are proud to offer this space. New construction with a modern but comfortable feel. We have a full kitchen which includes:stove/oven, refrigerator (with ice maker), microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes, silverware, blender & toaster. We even provide coffee & tea. Washer & dryer in unit. Two Bedrooms with king size beds and closet space. Two full bathrooms as well. Sofa bed in the living room area for extra guests. Just a note, we do not allow pets.

We also like to disclose that we are in an urban, downtown area. We do have a mission across the street that offers services to the less fortunate members of our community. That being said, we do have a very secure property with key codes to the entrance that change with every new guest.

Great property! Awesome location to campus and downtown. Noise from nightlife could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper but we loved the location so much!

The unit was adorable. Easy to check in and access the unit. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen and laundry were outstanding.Only thing I didn't love was the shower and the towels.

Great apartment and building!

The apartment and building were great! There’s a coffee shop with wonderfully coffee on the first floor. It is within walking distance of so many fun and enjoyable places. My only suggestion is to cover the window in the door in the bedroom. When the sun came up it lit up the whole room. This apartment only added to the wonderful weekend we had!

The property was excellent for what we needed. We used it as a jumping point to explore Grand Canyon and Meteor Crater. The place was on the 3rd floor, so the elevator came in handy. The AirConditioning was working good and the ceiling fans were also appreciated.

A loft I wish I lived in!

This place is immaculate. The pictures on the listing are nice, but the loft is even better in person! Once you’re inside, you’ll notice more and more details that make you realize the hosts really do take care of the property. While there, I just kept thinking, “I wish I lived here!” The beds are comfy, everything is easy and accessible. The building is safe and secure. Parking is a breeze. You’re located right in downtown, so that means the area is super walkable. Communication with the hosts was quick, easy and friendly. I’ll definitely be back and cannot wait!

Great stay! Fun area

Perfect description of property. In great condition and amazing beds. Lots of fun places around to hit up. We really enjoyed the Kava Coffee just around the corner. Recommend this property for people who enjoy a quiet stay. Easy parking and elevator to the 3rd floor. Would stay here again!

Great accommodations in nice area

Had a great time during our stay. The building is very secure and elevator makes access to unit very easy. The place is very clean and layout was perfect for our group. Would stay again if ever in Flagstaff.
